Chapter 26 Egeus

I took off my clothes. Man, now was still my birthday. I went into the Alpha's and Luna's room. I fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow, I had this dream:

A woman was running with a baby in her arms. Then she shifted. Into a phoenix. Then she opened a time portal while a dragon shifted into a man. They both kissed the baby and put it into the portal. Then they hugged each other while a darkness engulfed them, and then it left. Leaving, the darkness left anguished roars and screeches, and left two dead bodies on the ground.

I woke up shouting, and sweat drenched my brow, and sat up, and walked to the balcony. I was very sad. I felt connected to that woman.. And that man. No, it can't be. I was always told I was the son of Pan. Something interrupted my thoughts, I turned around to see my mate watching me. "Can't sleep?"
I nodded "Bad dream." "Hmmm" she said, "I think you didn't see a dream, but a flashback." "How do you know this?" I asked. "My power," she said " to interpret dreams."

I was a bit surprised. "Well okay, thanks." I sat on the bench and she sat beside me, laying her hand on my chest and her head on my shoulder. She whispered in my ear, "Sometimes dreams do not interpret our future, but show us our past. This means that, that dream, is showing you your past, so you can be aware of the future.""I think you must go to Luminos for this."

I looked into her eyes, " Thank you for that wonderful advice," I said playfully. She chuckled, and relaxed on my shoulder while she rubbed circles on my chest. My breathing was getting faster, and my heartbeat, faster too. I wanted to let my lion take over, and let my eyes turn into a lion's.

But not tonight. I faced her, and held her close to my chest. I was just about to fall asleep when I remembered something. "Hey Atalanta?"
"Yes baby?"
"Look at the sky tonight. "

It was a glorious full moon. " I remember that the kings symbolize the sun, and the night, while the queens symbolize the moon, and the day." I said. She said, "Why is that?"
"Because it symbolizes faithfulness. The sun and the day are faithful to each other, while the moon and the night are as faithful to each other as well. " "And I swear to you, I will uphold the meaning of that, until the end of time."

She looked at me and said, "And I to you." She leaned in to kiss me, but we were interrupted by a flash of light on the side of the forest. "A time portal! Of the Light! I have to go. " I said to her.
She nodded. I changed into my hunting garments, lionskin boots and a long lionskin loincloth. I strapped a sword to my side, a dagger in my boot, and a bow and quiver to my back.

I jumped down the balcony and ran to where the light was. I whispered a word. Visio! I suddenly saw the symbol of the Council member who had telepoted to our world. An eye! Will's here! I ran to the place where the eye led me to. I hid behind a tree. A carriage, and soldiers. That's not right.
