2 weeks after Theseus' "incident"................................................................

I was randomly fixing the roof when it wore out when i heard a thud in the kitchen. What the heck? I ran down the stairs and I saw Hermia on the floor, eyes closed. She was burning with a fever and blood was coming out of her nose. She was dying!! I rode to the palace right away and asked help from Theseus. He rode back to our house and touched her forehead. "She has a fever." He said, " But not like any other fever I know of , because of the bleeding. " But I know someone who can help her. By the way, will it be full moon tonight? I checked the almanac "Yes" I said. "Okay, let's go.

......................3 hours later.............................................................
We were in a clearing deep in the Athenian Forest. I studied my surroundings and saw Theseus going into a nearby cave. When the moon rose, I saw a clawed hand go out of the cave and was touched by the moonlight. Theseus went out moments after and went beside me and Hermia. Helena and Demetrius were there too, and something like a beast- man came out too, out of the cave. It came closer. When it saw it, I backed away instantly, and a deep husky voice spoke my name.

"Lysander ," the beast said. But, suprisingly, Theseus, and Demetrius, who were most of the time serious and angry, were laughing their heads off. But there was some thing about that voice that was familiar to me. "What happened?" It asked, snapping me out my daze. "W-w-what?"I stuttered incomprehensibly. "To your wife, Lysander!" It snapped. I told it what happened in the house and how she fell and now she had a fever, and when she talks, her nose bleeds. "Ah, I know that disease. It even affects kings and princes," it said. Then it roared and touched Hermia's forehead. Hermia woke up immediately and saw the beast. She screamed and ran into me, causing me to fall on my back onto a nearby tree root. "OWWWWWWWWW!" I shouted.

Theseus said "Whoa guys don't freak out!" "Don't you see that it has a crown and a staff?" "Hermia," the beast said "Are you all right?" When I saw it, its face was of a man but had some features of an animal, and it's hair was the color of a lion's mane. Whoa, half man, half lion. Cool! But the weird part was it appeared to be a king of some kind. "King -" Theseus started but was interrupted by the beast. "Just call me Alpha."
"Alpha Egeus, thank you."
"No need for the formalities."

Hermia was shocked. Egeus? That name rang a bell, but by then it was morning, and the beast shifted to what looked like a lion standing on two legs, with the hands of a man and the chest of a man , legs of a man, feet of a man, head of a lion, tail of a lion, claws of a lion, even the fur of a lion. I was examining the lion when Hermia said something surprising. "Father?" The beast looked at her, then me then it said "Yes, my daughter?" I was dumbstruck. Father? Daughter? Whaaaat?
