Finally! For now, everything was at peace. I was married to the man of my dreams, like after we attempted to elope to the woods to Lysander's aunt's house. We were walking out of Duke Theseus' palace when I heard the voice which I didn' t ever want to hear ever again.

My father's. "Hermia". Egeus said. I spun around, and said "What do you want?" Lysander spun around awkwardly and almost fell into the pavement. He said coldly, with a surprised expression on his face,

"What is your father doing here?" I stared at my father for a while. His expression was of guilt, shame, disappointment, and his eyes were... wait what red?! I never saw him cry ever in my life, even when he was complaining about Lysander to the duke, and almost got us executed.

When that memory came back, I was filled with hatred for Egeus. "What are you doing here?" I snapped. "I just wanted to congratulate you two for your wedding." He said. "Congratulate us?" I said sarcastically. "No thank you." "You're the one who almost got me killed because I wanted to marry Lysander but you wanted Demetrius." "Congratulate yourself because I never want to see you again! And by the way, I don't want to call you father or dad ever again!" I shouted. Then I whispered to Lysander, "C'mon, let's go."

We went to his house and I got to meet his family. Then he said good bye to his mom and dad and we moved to the house which was across his father's house. His father had built the house we were living in. I thought "Wish I had a father like that" We slept soundly. Man, I really miss sleeping on a bed since I slept in the woods.

............................the next day............,,,.....................................

A loud knocking on the door woke us up. I went down to answer the door. Helena and Demetrius were there, with a hooded guy. "Hey guys," I said smiling. "Who's this?" I said, looking at the hooded man. The man removed the hood. It was Theseus! "My lord, what brings you here? "

I said, bowing my head." Theseus had weird expression on his face, so did Demetrius and Helena. "Hey, what's wrong?" I asked. "Your father's gone! We went throughout Athens looking for him, even everywhere in his house." Theseus said.

"I was going to call him because we needed him as Adviser to the Duke, and he was late for work" "I even searched for him in the forest because maybe he'd gone hunting." I was dumbstruck. I saw him just yesternight...Wait, what I said, I never wanted to see him again.

He did it. Dad went away. "Theseus," I said " It's my fault. I yelled at him yesterday that I never wanted to see him again. " Theseus said "What?" then, " Oh yeah right,", remembering that once upon a time he almost got me executed.

"What have you done?" Demetrius said. "He's the best adviser Athens ever had!" "I never meant to say that, I was just so mad that two days ago he almost got me .. no Lysander and I killed. " Theseus said " Hey, it's okay." "Let' s just look for him..And by the way, Lysander, can you put on some shoes please?"

We all looked at Lysander who was on the stairs looking at us with only a kilt around his waist with a belt. "When your father was younger, that's what he wears almost everywhere. He just wears something on his chest when there's a gathering.. Like formal?" Theseus said. I said " I don' t know. I just miss him." Theseus said " Don't worry, we'll find him."
