"Sap sap?" Dream wanders out his room into the living room and stops when he sees his sister sitting on the couch instead of his beloved caregiver.
"Sapnap went to the event, remember Clay?" Drista says, standing up and making her way to her 'older' brother.
"Oh.. Yep, I 'member! When's he comin' back?" Drista laughs and mentally face palms. Sapnap had went over all this with Dream before he left earlier that day.
"Later tonight." She responds and pats Dreams shoulder when he visibly pouts. That must feel like forever for someone who has the mindset of a four year old.
"C'mon." Drista grabs Dreams hand and leads him to the couch. "Wanna make a blanket fort?" She asks, making her voice sound overly excited.
"Mm!" Dream responds in the same voice, happily stimming. Drista gathers the blankets then she and Dream assemble the fort. Well, Drista does most of the work but Dream gives her motivation speeches and that's enough.
Dream sits inside the fort while Drista pours some juice into a sippy cup and pours animal crackers into a bowl.
Drista returns to the fort, turning on cartoons on the tv, and sits inside the fort next to Dream.
Dream is handed his snack and he watches tv while munching on the crackers, occasionally offering one to his sister.
Dream finishes his crackers and lays down, drinking his juice contently.
"L've you." Dream says while poking Dristas cheek. "Aww, love you too little dude." Dista smiles.
Dream finishes his juice and lays his head on Dristas shoulder. The little closes his eyes and allows himself to fall asleep, his body relaxing into the pillows of the fort.

Dream wakes up to the sound of the door unlocking. He gets up from his spot and stumbles to the door, gasping in excitement as it opens to reveal Sapnap.
"Hi bub!" Sapnap says as he's pulled into a hug by Dream. "Hi hi buba!" Dream replies excitedly.
"Take a breath lovely" Sapnap laughs as Dream catches his breath. Dream takes notice of the fact that it's now dark outside.
"Where-..?" Dream turns to look for his sister, a confused look on his face. "Right here!" She says and giggles when Dream squeals, obviously scared from the sudden noise.
Dream joins in on the laughing and Sapnap shakes his head in amusement as he attempts to get both the kids inside the house, closing the door when he finally succeeds.
The rest of the night consists of Dream showing Sapnap the fort and Sapnap sharing stories of his time at the event with Drista eventually falling asleep somewhere along the line.
