Chapter 7: 《"Visitor"》

"Ughhhh," I groaned in annoyance. "It's 4:00 am, Great." I sighed and got up of my bed to get ready for school. I went down to cook some eggs and bacon's for breakfast. After that, I ate and then brushed my teeth. Got back upstairs, took a shower, wore my uniform while adding an oversized black hoodie, then fixed my bag and wore my shoes. I slid my phone and laptop with my drawing pen in my bag, took my money, locked my house, and started walking to the bus station.

It was exactly 4:50 when I got there and exactly where the school bus had just arrived. Knowing it will take a while to get to school, I pulled out my phone, plugged my earphones in, and then chose one of my fav songs to play.(you can play a song you like, but one of my personal favourites is 'kill bill'.) 5:10 am. when I got down at the school bus. I walked into the big building of hell, which they call 'school' and went to the fourth floor. I walked into the first classroom of the hallway and started sweeping the floor. I'm the one who's always early, so I was tasked to sweep the floor of the classroom. I sat in the middle row to the left close to the windows of the room. I could focus on this side much more because of the breeze blowing in.

《Time skip: After school》

There was an event happening at 4:00 pm, and the students were allowed to go home and change because they were also holding a dance off. You can call it a prom or something, but I really didn't want to go. I got forced because of that wannabe princess in my class. Why? She was threatening to sabotage my grades. I, of course, didn't want that, so I had no choice but to agree. I changed into an outfit that my older sister had, but did not use. She gave it to me and I had to keep it. The outfit was exactly my size, so it was useful. Atleast.

I entered the stage and just sat close to the counter where it had drinks. I noticed random girls staring at me like I did something bad to them. 'The fuck do they want.' My thoughts were sounding annoyed by the crowd. It didn't take long till Miss 'Wannabe princess' came and walked up to me. Jessica. "Hi! You look new here, are you in a different class? I like your outfit, btw." She complemented. "Uh-" "Yeah, you're so right, that outfit totes suit you." I got cut off. 'Ugh. These fake gucci bitches.' "It's me Kira." I said sternly. I could hear gasps from the crowd. It seems they heard it, too. "You!? Ptff, there's no way. Go on, prove your Kira." She said with a smirk on her face. "You threatened me to come to this event, and if I wouldn't, you said you'd sabotage my grades." I raised a brow at her. "Wow, looks like Princess Jessica is jealous!" A boy shouted in the crowd. The crowd was roaring with laughter while Jessica looked furious.

"Everybody exit the stage now! An explosion will occur in the lab facility. Please evacuate to a safer place!" The announcer warned us. The students panicked as they ran out of the stage to the exit. I was going to get out of there, too, until I remembered there was another exit in the backstage. Not many people know about it except for the officers and me. 'That'll be an easier way out.' I ran to the backstage then saw it. I grabbed ahold of the doorknob, but then someone stopped me. "Please! I-I need y-your help!" He was breathing heavily, he stuttered, trying to make out the words he spit out. "Calm down. What help do you need." I asked, helping him obtain balanced. "W-we have to go in the l-lab facility to help someone that is s-stuck!" He exclaimed. "W-what!? We can't go back! The facility can explode in any second!" I shouted, convincing him not to go back. "B-but, what about my little sister!? I-i can't leave her there!" "Y-your little sister? Wha- why is she even here in the first place!? Ugh..." My voice trailed off. 'What is he and his little sister doing here in the first place? Never mind.' "Well then, let's go. I don't have a choice either." I looked at him before gazing in the quiet eerie hallway. "T-thank you! Now, this way." He pointed to the left.

《■Yeh, I'm lazy, so once they got there■》

"Uhh... we're not going down there, are we?" I asked nervously. "Well, we have to. That's where she is now." I looked down at the eerie and dark stairs before taking a breath. "Alright, let's get this over with." As much as I hate and are scared of the dark, I had no other option. We slowly walked down the stairs, every step we'd take every time it got darker. I could hear faint sounds of things falling, crashes behind us, and so did I felt the building shake slightly by itself. "We won't have much time. The building is going to collapse soon." He whispered, his words echoing while grabbing a flashlight to light our way. "Maybe running will help." I responded sarcastically. "Alright then." He grabbed my hand and started sprinting downstairs until we reached a hallway. He started panting heavily before grabbing my hand again, then pulling me to start running. He pulled me left to right. As we got closer and closer to our destination, we could hear crashing and slight shaking of the building. I also noticed cracks around the walls, pillars broken down, and glass shattered everywhere. Some weird substances were also spilt to ground with various colours.

He suddenly stopped in front of a big thick white door. I could hear faint sobs behind the big door. Judging from the scientists' reaction, it seemed he heard it too. He hurriedly used his ID to swipe it on the monitor beside the door, and soon it opened slowly, and widely leaving slight pitched screechs. Once it opened, it revealed a big reactor with giant pipes attached to it with a big, dark glass which looks like it's broken. A little girl sobbing in the control panel was delighted to see both of us. The building started to crumble as the pillars started to fall apart. She started sobbing harder, and the reactor started to form a bright circular, which looked like a portal? "SHIT!" I shouted. I hurriedly ran towards the child with the scientist behind me. He started sobbing with joy to see his sister unharmed. "My goodness Sofia your Alright!!" He said in relief. "I was so scared, brother! They all left me here when that big thing started to shake!" She replied, hugging her brother tight.

"It's nice that both of you are reunited, but can I ask what the hell is that!? And why is it sucking things up now!??" I interrupted them as they both looked at the reactor forming a white glistening portal, which is now sucking pillars, large pipes, and the child. Wait, the child!? I grabbed ahold of her and ran to the door. "Grab onto something, and I'll come later with your brother. Do NOT let go until we come back, alright?" She nodded quickly, and I made my way back. I saw him struggling to reach the door, but I grabbed his wrist and pulled as hard as I can. The portal started to close and almost pulling both of us in. He made it safely back, yet still struggling since it was still trying to suck us in. But suddenly slipped over a glass shard and accidentally let go. He didn't move but smiled? My vision got blurry, and my last memory was being sucked in, then lost my consciousness.
