Anoras point of view
Aiden drove back home while I went back to the apartment. As I walk up I see Ethen standing there as if he was crying and Sam standing there next to him.
"Ethen? Are you okay? I ask as I go up to touch his face but moves my hand away.
"What the hell do you mean 'okay' Anora?! I made love with you in my apartment then you lie to me just for me to see you getting fucked by him!"
Shit.
"Why the hell are you even here in the first place?" I ask.
"To leave a few cupcakes that WE made TOGETHER!" He says pointing his finger at me.
I deserve this.
I have no reason to cry right now.
"I loved you. I did everything for you, just for you to fuck another guy?"He yells.
"Fine, I've been in love with another man since the beginning of this stupid relationship. I've wanted him, not you. But I've grown to know I like you but I will find my way to love you, Ethen. I'm sorry I really am, but it had to come out at some point."I explain.
He stares at me, shocked. I can see I really broke him. He's about to cry.
I feel bad now.
"Let's take you home Ethen." Sam tells him. She holds onto his arm and I watch as they walk down the stairs.
She looks disappointed in me.
I go inside just to find Rory trying to listen to the conversion we were having.
"Hey." she says.
I say nothing.
"You want to talk about it." she asks.
"Later." I say.
"Okay." she says.
It's quiet.
Too quiet.
She hugs me and I hug her back, tightly. I might not deserve to cry but I deserve her hug.
