It had been exactly a month since Neteyam's death and saying I was at my all-time low was an understatement. I stayed inside most days I wouldn't talk to anyone but Lo'ak and Neytiri and I still refuse to see him at the cove of ancestors. Today was the same as always I sat in what was now just my bed and I didn't eat or drink I just laid and stared at the wall. In the beginning, everything seemed promising I was doing well, and I wasnt sick like I am now. I was skinny and everything hurt all of the time I was also cutting again but this time I had no one to take care of me I told no one not even Lo'ak, he was my best friend but I couldn't burden him with my issues. I heard footsteps come towards me and when I looked up it was Neytiri "Hey you wanna try to eat today" She said softly, Neytiri had told me about a time when she was like this. She wouldn't eat or drink or do anything and she was my age too, she had also lost someone it was her sister. "No not really" I couldn't even recognize my own voice I was a completely different person, I had been destroyed and ripped apart to the point where I wasn't Na'vi anymore I was just a blob I was simply just there. "Y/N you have to eat you look dead" Neytiri said, I hadn't told her anything but she didn't have to be told she knew everything "good thats the goal" I grumbled, Neytiri sighed "Y/N you remember the story I told you about Sylwanin my sister" Neytiri spoke looking right at me, I nodded as I turned to her "I was the exact same I've told you this before I used to hurt myself and I was so sad that I wanted to die I trusted no one ever again but then I met Jake and I felt at home again, I had a family and everything felt great and then we all met you and thats when it felt complete but just like before I lost best friend and my son and you lost your light your spark after Neteyam died I see myself in you I see you as one of my own as Omatikaya and aslong as you are my family I will not let you do this to yourself so get up your eating with me" Neytiri went from soft to stern very fast but I get it was all in a loving matter "I can't get up" I said looking at her with fear "Why not Y/N what's wrong" she panicked "I- I've been you know" I said looking back at my body, I felt the cuts all over me "Oh my dear Y/N" Neytiri covered her mouth in shock "I'm sorry I just... I didn't know how to cope" I sighed playing with my hands "I know but how bad is it" she asked concern laced her voice "well they aren't bad but they're sorta like everywhere" I muttered in embarssment "I get some bandages no one is home right now I'll help you cover them ok?" Neytiri said sincerely as she got up from my bed "Yea ok" I was to tierd to fight so I just agreed

After I had been wrapped up I finally made my way down to eat with Neytiri, she hand cooked Neteyam's favourite food and when I saw it I froze. The meer thought of him made me cry I couldn't handle it "I'm sorry I- I can't eat that" I said as I started to cry harder "Hey hey it's ok I know I made you something else I made this for myself" Neytiri put her food aside before she grabbed my plate it was simple, it was some fish and bread. I took a deep breath and somehow managed to calm myself. Soon after me and Neytiri started eating, the rest of the family came back "Y/N!" Tuk squeeled quickly running up to me "Hey Tuk" I smiled softly hugging her tight "I thought you had died!" She exclaimed, the overexaggeration made me laugh "you can't kill me Tuk you should know this" I giggled I quickly saw Jake, he had a cut across his face and dark visable eyebags "Hey kiddo" Jake mumbled as he started tearing up "Tuk hop off for a minute" I quickly moved the young girl as I stood up "Hey Jake" I said, I stood infront of him before we both hugged eachother as tight as we could. Dispite the fact we didnt talk much we still had this father daughter bond, he was like my second dad "I'm happy your ok Y/N" he chuckled as he let go, his hand laid on my cheek "I'm happy your ok to old man" I said giggling "Shut it" he laughed as he engulfed me in another hug. I missed this when we would all laugh together and be happy and act stupid. "Hey Y/N" I heard someone talk behind Jake, when I looked over I saw Spider standing next to Kiri and Rotxo, I looked at the unusal trio before noticing Kiri and Rotxo... holding hands? "You didnt did you?!" I questioned looking at Kiri. Kiri had the fattest crush on Rotxo and she had been wanting to ask him out since forever. I watched the girl nod and my heart exploded "HOLY SHIT I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS" I said running over to them hugging them both "Look at my Rotxo being all rizzed up" I remember Lo'ak telling me about "rizz" and it was a funny term used by the sky people "I'm what?" Rotxo rubbed the neck of his neck looking at everyone "don't worry about it" I said as I giggled more. My face was starting to hurt from the amount of laughing and smiling I was doing it was crazy. 

                                                                               -TIME SKIP-    

I was sitting on the pathway alone, my feet dangling over the edge. I looked out over the open ocean seeing the glowling reef and all the creatures in it, the planet that circled our's Neteyam said it was called "Polyphemus" such a strange name for something. I felt someone sit next to me, "Yo what you looking at" I heard Lo'ak say but when I looked over it was Spider that sat next to me thats when I felt a pair of hands hold my shoulders "just the ocean I thought everyone went to bed?" I said as I looked up being met with Lo'ak's big grin. "Yea well I heard you sneak out and I accidently woke up spider so we came to check up on our precious Y/N" he joked as he stood behind me "never call me that again" I said plainly, I hated when he did that it almost pissed me off "right yes ma'am" Lo'ak said with a little giggle. I was still focused on the ocean when I saw something out in the ocean "hey do you see that" I said pointing to the floating object that lied a few miles away "Yea what is that?" Spider said Lo'ak quickly agreeing "Oh shit that's someone's body what the fuck" I yelled standing up "go get my dad spider" Lo'ak yelled as I looked at the floating body "I'll get my dad stay here" I started running to my home, quickly making it to the entrance "DAD THERE IS SOMEONE DROWNING OUT IN THE REEF WAKE UP" I burst in awaking everyone quickly "what did you say?" My dad mumbled with a grogy voice "someone is floating like dead ass just floating I think they need help" I said as I shook my dad awake "Oh shit" Aonung said as he bolted up "Yea hurry up" I said Aonung quickly running out with me "where is it?" my brother said as he looked over the reef "It's near the Sully's go meet them there I'll wait for dad" I pushed my brother along. "Dad hurry up!" I said almost bursting to run back "Yea I'm coming just go I'll meet you there" he said as he waved "Ok!" I ran off, at this point the whole village was up but I didnt care. When I arrived I saw Jake carrying someone bridal style into the mauri "Oh shit who was it" I said as I looked over at everyone "it- it was Neteyam" Lo'ak said frozen eyes wide "Stop fucking with me" I said as I entered the Mauri and that's when I saw him. He was sat up on the pillar in the middle of the room, coughing up a storm "Tey? it that really you" my voice was breaking and tears started flowing but I just stood still, I had no idea what to do "Y/N.." he called out to me but I stood there staring at the light blue lumpy scar the laid on his chest "Y/N come- come here" Neteyam said weakly was he waved me over, I had no control over my body as I slowly walked over to him. I knelt down next to him as I carefully watched me "you fucking bitch" I said giggling as I hugged the boy "oof Y/N careful yea" he let out a grunt as he wrapped an arm around me, this couldnt be real could it?
