Love Life (Sequel to Thug Life)

I was up a little early cus I had to make a few drops and finish wrapping the presents. Finishing the last of the gifts my phone started ringing.

"Yo" I held the phone with my shoulder to my ear.

"This gated ass community. Where the house at man?" Trav said.

"Bro we don't live in a gated community dumbass. Read the address again"

"Man" he smacked his lips while I heard shuffling.

"Cha yo ass read it wrong" Trav said and I shook my head.

"No I didn't I told you the right one look" cha said.

"Ughh on my god I'm ready to get out this car" Kay complained.

I laughed and stood putting the last gift under the tree. "I'm about to send my location" 

"Ight bruh"

I hung up and sent my location to Trav. While I was about to walk to the kitchen I heard babbling. When I turned around to face the stairs it was Melly trying to come down. Walking half way up the stairs, I picked her up.

"Hey Princess"

She laid her head down on my shoulder while I walked to the kitchen. "You hungry?"

I sat her in her high chair and looked in the fridge for something to cook. I turned around hearing her about to start crying.

"What's wrong?" I picked her up and felt my shirt getting wet. I lifted her up and noticed her diaper was full. Walking upstairs quietly trying not to wake Promise up I went into Melly room and laid her on the changing bed. I grabbed a diaper and her wipes and took the wet one off.

"Ight...Uhh" I ain't know what to do until I heard the door open.

"Everything okay?" She walked in further and looked at Melly and chuckled.

"Do you know how to wipe her?"

"Don't you just..." I started to wipe her but Promise started shaking her head.

"Don't do that. You can give her a uti" she took over and started changing her. "Always wipe front to back, never back to front" she put on her diaper after wiping her down.

"All clean" Promise said picking her up and kissing her cheek. Melly started squirming as she started walking downstairs. I walked behind them and Promise stopped at the end of the stairs.

"Where did all that come from?" She turned to me and let Melly down smiling .

"I woke up early to finishing wrapping the gifts" I smile and went into the kitchen to pour some cereal for Melly.

"Where did they come from?" She sat at the kitchen table while I put Melody in her high chair.

"I hid them cus yo ass nosey"

"Whatever" She playfully rolled her eyes and walked to the fridge. She skimmed through the fridge as I watched her. I noticed she had on some shorts and a T shirt. Promise looked so damn good right now with her morning hair everywhere and that chocolate ass skin.

"Aug did you hear me?"

"Huh?"  I looked up at her and she had a pack of bacon and eggs in her hand.

She chuckled. "Are you hungry?" 

"Yeah" I nodded and she walked to the stove. A knocked came to door and I walked to it. I opened it and Trav rude ass just walked right pass me.
