I woke up and didn't feel Mel laying next to me. When I looked around I noticed that I was back in that hell hole.

"Melody!" I screamed but my body didn't move not one inch from that cold steel they called a bed. Tears rolled down my face as my body became more paralyzed.

I looked in the corner of my eyes and seen a black figure holding something. They stepped closer to me and I noticed that he was holding Melody.

"Our daughter looks beautiful" he said smirking at me as Melody looked up at him.

"Give her back to me! She's not yours!"

Just then I sharp pain shot up my body. I looked down and seen blood trickling down my leg. My eyes shot right up and seen him walking away into a tunnel with Mel.

I opened my eyes immediately and looked next to me and didn't see Melody. My heart was racing and my adrenaline didn't make it any better. I ran down the stairs and looked in the living room.

"Melody" I yelled. I walked in the kitchen and seen Rico feeding her breakfast.

"Oh my goodness" I grabbed her from him and held her in my arms.

"What the hell" Rico said and I looked at him.

"Why did you take her? You can't do that when I'm sleeping" I yelled. The tears was blurring my vision and I couldn't stop it.

"Missy" he wiped my face as I continued crying and holding onto Melody for dear life.

"I'm sorry I -just -I"m sorry" I shook my head.

I heard the slide door open and Cha came in.

"promise?" She questioned. I was so lost for words my mouth opened but nothing came out.

"Shh it's okay" Cha said hugging me.

Rico held his hands out and grabbed melody. I slowly let him take her as I head the front door open. I quickly wiped my tears because I didn't want anybody to see me.

"Where's my niece pooh?" I turned and seen it was Jayda and Dess. They was waving their bags around until their eyes landed on me.

"Promise? What's wrong?" Jayda said immediately coming over to me.

"Why are you crying?" Dess asked rubbing my shoulder.

"I'm fine thank you" I shrugged not wanting to be touched.

Everyone looked at me for a moment and I looked at Melody.

"Happy birthday" I kissed her forehead and she smiled at me. I looked wound awkwardly and cleared my throat.

"Um I have to do Melody's hair"

"I got it, you should go upstairs and get yourself together for the party" cha said. I shook my head.

"Is the decorator here?" I asked.

"Yeah her and the crew been here for a while. Trav, Chris and Marcus helping putting up some stuff too" Rico said and I nodded.
