WHEN KEIRA AND REX HAD ARRIVED back at the Resolute, it was silent between the two of them. No words were spoken, nor anything else. They didn't even explain anything to anyone other, simply remained silent.
They landed, and Keira immediately ran off into her quarters, locking herself in. She didn't know what to feel, nor what to do with anything of the useless adventure she had planned with Rex.
She felt Rex being completely uneasy, she sensed the clone Captain being sad- or at least utterly upset. Keira felt through the force that he was jealous, that his heart was aching. Why? Did he.. see the red haired woman with her ex? Did he see their kiss?
Keira groaned and closed her eyes, shook her head.
She let herself fall back onto her bed, with her upper arm resting over her forehead, her eyes glaring confused and angry at the ceiling. She had taken the Captain for an important day of his life at war- and it was for nothing.
Literally, nothing except pain that she had appearantly caused him. She felt bad, something deep inside her made her long for him- made her wanting to reach out to Rex and let him know that it meant absolutely nothing to her, at least, not anymore.
Even though she didn't realize that she was in love with him, everyone else was aware that there was a connection- even Obi-Wan had seen it. Yet, he didn't tell the Order, not because of her, but in order not to snitch onto the Captain.
Sinker and Wolffe had seen the way the two of them looked at each other, the way they acted around themselves and others. Kix on the other hand was worried for them.. He knew that his Captain was to dutiful, yet he still would've taken his chance to have such a gem such as Keira herself was in his life.
But nevertheless, Keira was thinking to much right now, her mind was aroused and shut off, her senses were laid open for everybody to be seen, something, she didn't let happen otherwhise, of course, and her heart was aching.
It pained her to see Lancelot, yet not as much as it stung her to see Rex hurt by her. He must've seen them kissing, or at least him telling her that he loved her.
Much worse, she was more worried about him finding out that she once worked for the Separatists, that she worked for the Count himself..
She closed her eyes, in- and exhaling deep shaky breaths and trying to calm herself down, yet- her mind just wandered off to Ithor, the moment before the Rex and Keira left.
"I know why you're here, darling.", Lancelot said from afar, causing the young woman to shake her head and take a few steps away.
"What did you tell her?", Keira asked perilous, only earning a tender chuckle. "Lancelot, what did you do?"
