The Haitani brothers, brutally beat up the vice-leader who later on succumbed to his injuries and died, the fight wasn't an all out war like the Bloody Halloween incident; it was just a one-on-one fight between the brothers and the leader with the vice-leader.
The Question remains What happened to the members of that gang? After the Battle of Ashes she could guess that the members were probably disappointed in the two guys who they followed as they were defeated so badly and instead decided to follow the Haitani brothers.
Which could mean that the so called 100 people that the Haitani brothers can summon anytime they want would be the former members of this particular gang.
All she needed to do was find Information about the gang and then when the time is right, she would be the one in control of these 100 or so members.
Don't mind her stealing the fame of the Haitani Brothers; because if fate would have it and seeing the capabilities that they have, they would find a way to rule over Roppongi.
Don't get her wrong she doesn't want to rule over Roppongi, the Haitani's can have that; what she needs is the man power that they have and maybe getting famous on the way won't hurt.
