Karma was forgetting something.
She just didn't know what that was.
And it was bothering her to no end. You know the foreboding feeling you subconsciously feel? she was experiencing just that.
She tried to rack her brain, trying to remember the timeline. All the crises this year were averted by her already, so what was she missing?
She then remembers that when it snows this year Sakurako Sano would die. But she can't really do anything about that really. Mrs. Sano would die due to illness, not something Karma can beat up and call it a day. So, for once Karma might let fate take the wheel on this one.
She knows that she can't expect to save everyone, believing so would be naive. She might fail and it might hurt. But she knows that she would be able to move on as she would have tried her best.
But, the feeling didn't go away.
A lot of incidents happened throughout the course of events in Tokyo Revengers. Years had passed since she last read the manga. It was hard to remember everything.
She had written down all the major events that would happen in a book. Written in a language other than Japanese and English so that no one would figure it out. It was also not full descriptions, just random words that might trigger her memory of the upcoming incidents. The book was also hidden safely in her room.
Though, such lengths were just precautions. No one knows where she lives. Grandma was too kind of a person to snoop around my stuff. So even if we're to leave the book out in the open no one would see it. But it's better to be safe than sorry.
She wasn't dumb enough to adhere to the isekai main character trope of someone finding the super secret book of knowledge.
But even in that book, the event in focus for this year was the Haruchiyo incident. Which was prevented already.
Karma then decided it was better to roam the streets than sit in her room and brainstorm. In the world of Tokyo Revengers something is always happening on the streets.
She might just remember something if she were to just walk around looking.

Nothing.
She remembers nothing.
She has been walking around for the past hour and still nothing. She lets out a sigh of frustration.
Surprisingly she wonders how she didn't run into a kid who might be beaten up today. Usually she runs into such an incident so often she's starting to think that gangs and bullies plan to beat up a kid per day.
