Three days had already passed and yet, the red head was still stuck brooding on her bed. Apparently, a doctor witnessed her fall and combined with the nurses who saw her speeding through the hallways; she was now confined to her room and not allowed to leave without supervision.
Grandma Yuki had scolded her again. Karma herself didn't want to go out of her room in the fear of meeting the scarily strong twink again. The possibility of running into him again may be low but with her unfortunate luck anything was possible at this point.
However, being cooped up in a room for three days straight with no entertainment was making her go insane.She would have been alright if there was at least some form of distraction from her injured situation but she was stuck in the past where technology wasn't that advanced. Oh how desperately she wanted an advanced phone.
She didn't have any visitors coming in either aside from grandma Yuki. Which was understandable as it was currently working week days so all the people she knew would be in school if they didn't skip to do gang activities. She wishes someone would visit her to free her from her boredom.
Asano had called her and asked about her whereabouts as well. She had decided to give him the same lie she gave Mikey, that she fell off a tree. He didn't believe her one bit though, but didn't push it knowing if she didn't want him to know, he couldn't get a word out of her.
He taunted her for doing stupid shit and getting in trouble, basically scolding her and trying not to show that he was worried.
She had taunted him back saying that he was too boring and would never feel the thrill of adrenaline. To assure him she also mentioned that she would have stronger bones than him as her broken bone would just grow back again just stronger.
She now sits on her hospital bed doing the only thing she could do to pass her time. Eat. She was munching down on apple slices when the door to her room opened.
‘Is it the doctor? Should I chuck this apple at him and scream ‘go away’ at him?’
But it wasn't the doctor, it seems her prayers were answered as her eyes met familiar black eyes.
“Brother Shin! I see you skipped school.” She smirked.
“That I did.” he laughed nervously glad that the red head didn't know his grandpa or he was sure she would tell on him even with her current circumstances.
“The others aren't here with you?” She asked as he wasn't accompanied by the founders.
“Ya, they are busy with some work” He muttered.
