This story, as mentioned, it the sequel to NIGHTMARE - though it can be read as a standalone! it would of course benefit you to read the first book, but it's 30 chapters and a lot of words, so if you don't want to, here's the basics what you need to know.
- Felix and Chan met because Felix and Hyunjin went to a club, met Chan and Changbin, and then Hyunlix attacked Chanbin. They left them for dead but when Felix saw the two were still alive, he healed Chan and saved Changbin (just barely).
- Changbin continued to hate Felix and all vampires but Chan slowly changed his mind and fell for Felix. Changbin hated that and hated Chan as a result. Jisung, who was Chanbin's roommate, found out about vampires and hated them too. He was turned, and changed his mind on vampires, and adjusted shockingly well. Chan told Changbin, and he said Ji was dead to him. He still hated Chan.
- Felix and hyunjin were turned on the same night, by the same person. As of the first chapter of the book, they have been vampires for 3 years. Minho has been a vampire for just under 6, and Jisung for 7/8 months. Chan was turned at the end of the first book, so he has only been a vampire for 6 months.
