We woke up in the dark, presumably the old classroom because the door window showed the school wall.
"Damn, the day's already over..?" My eyes squinted, the sun burning my eyes as we left. "I can't believe all of that happened in one day," Jupes held their head. "...After all that... I don't wanna leave you guys.. can we hang out later?" I asked. "Yeah, but I gotta go, my parents are calling and they're definitely not going to be happy knowing I'm home this late," Jupiter said. "Pssh, alright, bye!" Kris and I waved off.
Oh right!
"Kris... I.. t-turn around," I told them. "What?" they asked. "J-JUST TURN AROUND AND COVER YOUR EYES DAMMIT!" I stuttered. "..Fine," they said. "AND DON'T PEAK," I said, going to my locker. I took out the bouquet, and sighed.
"Okay, open now."

"I... um.. got you your favourite flowers... I just.. felt like you'd like them," I smiled.
Kris' eyes lit up, sparkling like the beautiful rubies they were.
"F-for me..?" they stuttered. "No dumbass, for some other brunette human cutie," I said sarcastically, covering my mouth once I realized what I said. They smiled, eyes welling up with tears.
"Thank you."
I smiled back, debating whether I should kiss them or not.
They already turned to leave but I didn't want them to.
I wanted to stay with them.
I needed to stay with them.
"Kris, wait!" I stopped them. "..Hm?" they asked. "I- uh... I can walk you home," I said, desperate to keep them with me.
"Heheh... I'd like that," they smiled.
We walked out of school, as we walked to their house.
"So... do you feel any pain in your..?" they asked. "Not really. Since you saved, all the pain I got from that stab disappeared. Although.. it was hot when you–"
"Oh, hey guys!"
God if only we could stay in the Dark World forever.
Noelle ran up to us, catching her breath.
"Do you not have anything else to do other than stalk us and ruin our conversations?" Kris snapped at her. "Now why would you think that that's the only thing I do?" she cocked her head to the side. "You know what? Nevermind. I'll see you later Suz," Kris sighed, walking up ahead.
"Kris, wait don't–!"
Too late. Already closed the door.
I sighed, starting to growl since Noelle was still there, googling at me like some little puppy.
