it was now lunch time and for the whole fucking period sarah, brittany, emma, grace, gabby and maria all teased me about having to work with vance.

i tried my hardest to ignore them but i couldn't.

vance sat at a table across from us along with his friends. he wouldn't stop looking over and it was annoying me.

but i wouldn't stop looking over either so it wasn't really his fault.

my guy best friend, danny, walked over and sat down next to me with a smile, "so it's true?"

"what's true?" i asked, taking a bite of the disgusting school food.

"you and vance are working together in algebra."

does the whole fucking school know?!

"yeah so what?"

"so what?" sarah laughed, "you two are literally soulmates."

"woah woah woah woah, soulmates? what? no."

the rest of lunch was about them teasing me.

i couldn't handle it.

lunch finally ended and i ran out of the lunch room so fast. i felt like the flash. (😎 bitch is cool)

lunch was at the end of the day, so that meant i could finally go home. i headed to my locker and grabbed my stuff and shoved it all into my bag then headed out of school.

but of course, of course, i was stopped by vance.

"do you need something?" i asked him while crossing my arms.

"i thought that made we could walk together?"

he sounded nervous which was a first.....

"um, sure."

the two of us left the school and i then realized i had to get gwen and finney. i stopped walking.

vance noticed, "why'd you stop?"

"i need to pick up my brother and sister, sorry vance."

"oh."

i knew vance bullied finney and i didn't want finney to think i betrayed him by having vance with me.

"bye vance." i said, walking away.

i soon met up with finney and gwen, along with finneys friend, robin. i liked robin, he protected finney when i wasn't around.

"hey guys!" i ran up to them with a smile.

"hey allie." gwen said, giving me a hug.

"was that culo bothering you?" robin suddenly asked me as we begin walking.

"who?"

"vance."

i froze. i didn't want finney knowing him and i were talking.

"no, no. he wasn't." i replied, hoping robin would drop the topic.

"i thought you two didn't talk anymore." finney said, confused.

"we don't."

it was about 6:30. i sat on the couch in the living room doing homework while finney and gwen watched a movie.

dad walked in, "allie, there's someone on the phone for you." he said, holding the phone.

i sighed and got up, placing my homework down on the couch then grabbed the phone and held it to my ear.
