Chapter 8

Mia's pov:

I woke up and didn't recognize where I was. Oh, wait, I slept over at Victor's house. I got up and no one was up. I looked at the clock. 10 o'clock, I only slept about six hours but I wasn't sleepy anymore. I opened the fridge and got out some eggs, milk, and pancake mix. As I was flipping a pancake someone's arms wrapped around me. "Morning sweet pea." He said in his morning voice. I know, it's super cliche but I mean come on, he sounded hot. "Morning, you hungry?" "When am I not?" I giggled and gave him a plate. I got some for my self and got some ready for the rest before I ate. "This food is amazing!" "Thanks." I heard a door shut and saw his parents come into the kitchen. The twins came walking in shortly after. We all sat down and ate together. I washed the dishes and went into the living room. I could hear Fabian and his brothers talking. I walked in and Victor pulled me onto his lap. Enrique said,"I'm so happy you finally you finally grew some balls and asked her to be you girlfriend." "Shut the fuck up." He said chuckling. A while later I decided to go home.

     I walked in and and saw my mom waiting for me."We need to talk." We went into the dinning room and sat down."Mia, I was doing laundry this morning and I went into your room. I saw a blade on your desk with blood on it." I looked at my mom. "Why the hell would you cut Mia!" She started screaming at me. I stood up and ran out the door. I ran as far as I could, forgetting I have pretty bad asthma. I ran into someone, I look up and see Victor jogging. I smile weakly and he hugs me,"What's wrong?" "My mom found out I cut and she started screaming at me so I ran out. And I have asthma." He wiped my cheeks with his sleeve. I didn't notice I was crying before and my asthma was getting worse. He took me in his house and gave me back up inhaler his mom had. His parents had just left to a party out of town. He offered his brother's room to me. I took the offer and we sat down to watch a couple movies. We watched Avengers first, Furious 7 second , and the Heat last. We watched all of them before I chose to take a shower.

I turn off the water and reach for a towel. Shit, I didn't even ask for one. "Can you bring me a towel?" No answer. "Babe?" Still no answer. Oh God. I wipe off some of the water and quickly put on the clothes Victor let me borrow. I walk out the bathroom and see him snoring on the couch. Seriously? I took like ten minutes. He was taking up all of that couch so I went to sleep on the other couch.

     I woke up and Victor is still asleep. I thought about my mom and I hear a knock on the door. Victor starts to get up, "Don't worry I'll get it." I whisper. He sits on the couch and rubs his eyes. I open the door and see my mom."Mia! I'm so sorry honey. I never meant it. I just thought that maybe I did a bad job raising you and I didn't know what to do. Please forgive me." "Of course mom. And you didn't do a bad job raising me." Victor gets up and asks my mom to stay for breakfast. We all pitch in to make breakfast. We sit down and eat. It was very quiet until Victor said,"I'd like to have your permission to take Mia on a date, again. And it would be today." "Of course." We finished eating around 11:30. I went home with my mom and called my friends to come over. They were all at my house half an hour later. We went into my room. I told them about Victor and Rodrigo's fight, what Rodrigo said, I told them I was depressed but I was getting better, I told them about Victor asking me to be his girlfriend, and about our date. Right after I finished, my friends were roaming around my room looking for an outfit. I just sat down at watched them. After five minutes almost all of my clothes was on my bed and they were still looking at outfits. "All right, I'm taking a shower. By the time I'm out, my room better be clean." I played some music and took a shower.

     I got out of the shower and headed to my room. It was back to normal and there was a really cute outfit on my bed.(Picture on external link) I put it on and went into the living room. The three of them ran to me and hugged me."Where's my mom?" "Oh Victor needed to talk to her." said Lila. We went to my room and they sat me down. Two of them worked on my hair and one of them worked on my makeup. I called my cousin, Henessys, to come over. She got here a couple minutes later. We talked until I heard a knock on the door. Henessys went to get it. She came back in and told me to go outside. I went to my front door and saw Victor. He pulled me into a big hug, when we pulled away he gave me a rose. I smiled,"Where are we going?" "It's a surprise." "Pleeeease?" "Nope." "Okay then" "He opened the door to my side of the car. He got in and turned on the car. I turned on the radio and turned it up. He looked over to me and intertwined our fingers. This was going to be perfect.
