I can't believe this is already on chapter 20! Even if I have been writing this for almost a year now thanks to my horrible updating schedule which has gone alright enough recently even though I'm in the middle of exams
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this and don't forget to vote and comment :)

"A quick spell was all it took to get me back up on my feet. I was back up and running like a mad man in search for my friends. They needed to be warned.
I tried to think of where I had seen them last but telling the honest truth, I didn't remember seeing them much since I arrived here. I should have gone to them first, but Harry was the target of this war; I couldn't let him get hurt. He was my Godson; I at least owed him that.
I run up the stairs and once again search for my friends but once again it ends in nothing but failure as I just see some more death eaters fighting children. It really was pathetic to see a thirty year old fighting a seventeen year old like this; they really had no morals.
Remus and Tonks were nowhere to be found at this stage. I couldn't think of anymore places they could be. But finally it hit me. And when I say it hit me, I mean literally.
I rub my head as I look down, looking to the wand that had flung out of nowhere. Someone had been disarmed. I ran to the age of the tower and look over the age, checking to see what was going on.
That was when I finally got to spot them. They were there. The only bad thing was that it was them being disarmed, they looked to be fighting for their lives at this stage.
I quickly run down the tower and try to make it to the doors as quick as I can, firing spells at any death eater who so happens to get in my way. I look in surprise as I see Lucius Malfoy lying on the ground in pain after I send a simple spell at him. He must have been hurt before.
But I had no time to check on how that egotistical idiot was so I kept running until I reached the large front doors, quickly exiting the castle and making my way to the spot where I had previously seen Tonks and Remus standing.
And that was when I spotted them. I had previously thought that there was only one death eater with them but as I approach them, I see more than one. There were two this time.
I gulp as I approach them quietly, hoping that one of two of them will not turn around and spot me. I was tired and even if the spell did work on my leg, it still hurt especially now from all the running I had done. A quick escape was really not an option right now.
Remus and Tonks widen their eyes as they see me coming closer and I can see that they are terrified. I feel bad for them but I wished that they would stop staring at me and making my presence so noticeable.
"About time you arrived, Sirius. I was worried that wand might have knocked some sense into you and you would have realised," one of the death eaters says. I take in a sharp breathe, trying to not look as scared as I felt at the moment.
"I didn't realise that I was being waited on. You didn't really care if I were around much, did you?" I asked with a sadistic laugh.
"Oh, Sirius, I really did not. You were quite annoying, all your constant whining. You really never did get that I honestly didn't care. And the amount of times you complained about me to poor Remus here, well oh dear," she said, giving me a mocking pout. I glare at her. How could she do this?
"You are actually a lot worse than I thought you were. I thought there was a reason when I seen you earlier but now I know that you're doing this because you're just an evil old bat," I said, a bitter tone to my voice. But she just laughed. What probably hurt the most was the fact that she could give less of a damn about me. That she never really cared for me.
"I'm so insulted, Sirius. Honestly, I'm surprised you thought any better of me. I was put into a mental hospital, Sirius. They don't put people who are completely sane in there," she said, rolling her eyes at my stupidity. I almost have to roll my eyes at myself for my own stupidity as well; I had been such an idiot.
"Stay away from me, Ariel," I spit out as she begins to approach me. I shake my head. There was no way I was letting her even close to me. She was insane, there was something wrong in her head for definite, that much was obvious. She was right in what she had said; she had somehow managed to go insane ever since I was in Azkaban.
I remembered back to the first few times we had talked when we helped her escape St. Mungo's. She had seemed so normal, so nice, so caring. What had happened in that time? Had she been pretending all along? Was it all some kind of dragged out joke that I wasn't in on?
"You see, you really don't have a choice on where I am at the moment. Because I have full control over you. There is nothing and I repeat nothing that you can do at the moment to stop me and I know that it is killing you. But Sirius, you have no control over the situation any longer. You have gone past your head in this and it is far too late to back out now. Learn from your mistakes, Black. Learn from your brother's mistakes."
"What-what about my brother?" I gulped as I asked the quest. What was she saying? Did she know something that I didn't? Was there something Jordan had told her that she hadn't told me? Had she talked to Regulus much before his death?
"Oh, wouldn't you like to know. He did some stuff that he himself wasn't too proud of before he was around Jordan. And by the time they had gotten together it was a little too late for him to back out of anything. He should have known she was going to go soon enough; he was a walking danger magnet. He tried to back out but Sirius, we all know that when you get involved with the Dark Lord, there is no way you can back out."
I look to my friends and sigh. She was right, there was no way of getting out of this. She had already been trapped, there was no way of getting her to back her out of this. She was too deep in.
"Jasmine, you've been very quiet. Nothing to say for once?" I ask as I look at the other death eater. Jasmine looks at me with a smirk on her face. She shakes her head, not speaking a word to me as she looks to Tonks with hateful eyes. She then looks to Remus and gives him a smirk.
"You really want Jasmine to speak, Sirius? When she speaks, she can't take it back, you should know that," Ariel said with a smirk on her face. I gulp and think about what they were going to do. I shook my head vigorously as I try to find a way of backing out again. But there was no backing out.
"No-no don't do it!" I shout, lifting my arm trying to stop her but there was no backing out. The mistake had been made.
"Avada kedavra," Jasmine whispered, a sadistic smile on her face as the green light blared from her wand. Tonks fell to the ground, a scream at the tip of her lips. Remus cried out, dropping to his knees to look at his wife. "Oh, look at the poor boy. Should I put him out of his misery?"
"Don't! No, stop this. Please."
But my pleas were not answered as another green light blared out from her wand; Remus fell beside his wife, a look of regret and sadness on his face. I fall onto my own knees as I look at my two best friends. I had tried to warn them. I had tried so hard to get here before she could but it was too late.
I waited for the light to hit me, the green light to end my own life but it did not come. I looked up to see that they had both disappeared, leaving nothing but the dark mark in the sky.
