The maze (a newt love story)

Dream

 I had a really weird dream. Well I thought it was a dream but it seemed to be more like a memory. I saw Newt and some other kid, he looked asian with short dark black hair, we were all about the age of 13. We were all sitting in some kind of cafeteria and I was sitting next to newt. The scene then changed to me and newt and I guess how we met. It showed both of us sneaking out of our rooms. I was so bored of just being in my room 24/7 and one night decided to go exploring and to my luck newt had the same idea, at the time I didn't know who he was but he confirmed my suspicions about there being other people. We were both about 7 years old and we instantly became friends. "Hi, my name's newt." He said in his accent. "Hi my name's Jane." I said back. "Can't stand your room by yourself can ya?" I asked. "By myself?" He asked, confused. "Yeh don't you have your own room by yourself?" I asked now a bit confused. "No, actually I share this giant room with a whole bunch of other boys." He said. "Wait what! There are others!?" I almost yelled. " Shhh, but yes there are others, wanna meet them?" He said. " Yeh sure." I say kinda excitedly. We soon make it to this big metal door which almost seems familiar but all the doors in this place are big and metal. As we walked in we instantly saw two boys fighting, one looked asian and the other had dark skin. " Alright settle down yall." Newt said. the dark skinned boy stopped and started to walk away but the asian boy had another idea. the asian boy tried to attack newt but i tackled him and pinned him down. " obviously don't know when to stop eh?" I asked him. The asian kid was too stunned to speak. He then grinned and looked over to Newt, " I like this chick." he said. I then let him up and said " This chick has a name ya know?" I said as Newt let out a small chuckle. " Just got yourself beat by a girl eh minho?" said another boy with short curly brown hair and let out a small chuckle. " Oh shut it chuck." said the asian kid who I assumed to be minho. "Anyways guys this is jane."said newt. "Jane, this is Alby, Chuck and Minho." said Newt as he pointed to each of the boys. We laughed and talked for a while and that's when I knew I could trust these guys.
