The maze (a newt love story)

A tour and a broken nose

 I woke up with a start, I just remembered who I was and who some of the other boys were here. " I can't believe it, I remember." I said to myself. "Remember what?" a voice asked, a voice I didn't know. I forgot to check if I was alone. Big mistake. I suddenly got up, sprinted towards the door and ran as fast as I could and climbed up this tree with a platform at the top. Luckily it had some rocks up there that I could throw at the gathering crowd below me. Some of the boys started yelling up at me so I started throwing rocks down at them. I heard one voice yell something. It was the voice I knew very well. He asked me to stop throwing the rocks but I threw one more at the boy with weird eyebrows and it hit him in the head. I let out a small giggle. After I threw that last one I stopped and listened to Newt's voice. "I'm gonna come up ok?" he said questioningly. I assume he took that as an ok and started to slowly climb up. He had this kinda limp but I thought nothing of it. When he made it up i didn't have a rock in my hand or anything i could have used to hurt him if i had to, i didn't need it. I trusted him. "Are you alright love?" Newt asked. I didn't know what to say, he called me love I don't remember entirely but I feel safe with newt like we had something before we came here. "Um hello, love,you alright?" He asked again and only then had I realized I was staring. " Uhm yeah I'm ok, but I want answers." I said. He then explained most of it but I could tell he wasn't telling me everything. We climbed down after a while and he started to take me on a tour. That was when the boy with weird eyebrows that I hit with the rock came up behind me and started asking questions. I told him to leave me alone. He didn't listen. Newt told him to leave me alone. He didn't listen again. I told him one more time and he still didn't listen and this was when I got angry. The next thing I know I turn around abruptly fast and punch the eyebrows dude in the face. I think I broke his nose because I heard a crack. "I said leave me alone, next time you'll learn to listen or you'll suffer worse" I said as I turned back to newt to continue the tour.
