"How'd you know it was her newt?" Asked chuck.
"She does this a lot." Newt said with a small chuckle.
"Really?" Asked chuck.
"Yep, so get used to it Chucky." I said walking over and ruffling his hair.
"Come on I'll race you!" I said to chuck as I started running.
"Hey no fair you got a head start!" He yelled after me and took off running as well.
"Haha! I win!" I said triumphantly.
"Only.....because......you.....got.......a...head......start.." chuck panted trying to catch his breath. I was facing away from newt so I didn't see him, I looked at chuck who had looked behind me and smiled slightly.
I turned and saw newt right behind me and when I turned around he grabbed me and threw me over his shoulder and started spinning me around.
"Ahh newt, no out me down!" I said while laughing.
"Say the magic word." He said.
"I will tell frypan not to give you anymore brownies!" I threatened whilst still laughing.
"No not the brownies!" He said and put me down carefully. My hands were on his shoulders and his hands were on my waist. We looked at each other and stayed like that for a while slightly smiling and blushing.
"DINNER IS READY!!" I heard frypan yell and we stepped away and broke apart.
"YEH COME ON YOU SHANKS!!" I heard Minho yell.
Me and newt walk to the homestead in silence. I run ahead since I'm pretty hungry. I see Minho standing in the door way and he looks at me with a shit eating grin on his face.
"Shut it." I mumble to him. He laughs.
Newt walks over as I go in.
"Real subtle ey man?" Says Minho to newt with the same shit eating grin.
"Oh shut it mate." Newt mumbles to him avoiding eye contact.
