One hour later, we're sitting in the living room with Castle firing off one question after the other.

I answer with a bullet train's speed.

Each answer gets me an even harder question which I no doubt answer fabulously because Castle keeps on giving me harder questions.

When I'm done being questioned, Castle sits back with a kind of amazed expression.

"You actually listened to me when I taught."

I nod, smiling wide. "Was that a compliment?"

"I guess so." He mumbles.

"How did I do?"

"Good." He says, still going through the textbook for even harder questions. "Surprisingly good for someone like you."

I raise my eyebrows in confusion. "Someone like me?"

"Mhmm." He's still going through the book.

"What do you mean by that?"

"By saying someone like you?"

I nod.

He shrugs. "I don't know. Don't people like you usually not care about studies and only think about partying all day?"

"Yup, we do," I answer, proudly.

"And don't you depend on your parent's money for everything?"

Now that gets a spark of irritation flaring through me. "That," I say. "is not me."

Castle looks up at me at the tone of my voice. "But everyone says—"

"They're rumours, Castle." I cut him off. "Something people do when they have no purpose in life."

He stares at me. "You're telling me that your dad actually hasn't paid a single penny to get you out of trouble at school."

That gets a laugh out of me. "Why do you sound so surprised?"

He leans back against the couch, "I don't know. I always thought that's the case with rich spoiled brats."

"I'm a rich spoiled brat?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Yes."

"You don't even know me."

He slowly shrugs. "True..."

"Let's do this right now and right here!" I sit up straight up, glaring at him.

He furrows his eyebrows. "Do...what?"

"Let's get to know each other."

"What we should be doing—" he picks up his book, giving me a sharp look, "—is getting back to studies."
