Too Friendly Sonic x fem reader IDW

Chapter 6

Our heroes Sonic and Y/n are running towards Spiral Hill village. They look up and see an enemy drop ship, dropping badniks. 

Sonic: Whoever is organizing these Eggman's robots is really stepping up their game. I hope we aren't too late. 

Y/n: Speaking of said person I think I might know who but I'm not completely sure so I'm not going to say anything. 

Sonic: Oh? Well you keep weighing out your options on who you think it is. 

Sonic speeds up making sure to hold onto Y/n tight. Sonic begins a train of thought while approaching the entrance. 

Sonic: (Its going to be tough fighting an army while trying to keep Y/n safe as well. Maybe Amy was right... We could use the resistance help on this one.)

Sonic hops over some rubble and manages to dodge an attack from a wispon.

Sonic: ( Then again, the resistance isn't already here. Maybe word hasn't reached them Yet? In that case if we were with them we wouldn't of known about this attack.)

Sonic boosts through the eggpawns destroying them in the process. 

Sonic: (No time for second guessing. Bash the bots. Keep Y/n Safe. Save the town. Keep it simple. Although Keeping her safe will be a bit hard. I swear she gets her the second I'm not with her.)

Sonic goes around a corner and hears some robots being destroyed. Sonic puts Y/n down and they look around.

Sonic: Somebody's here? 

They look to see a ring tailed lemur destroying badniks with her tail. She wraps her tail around them and pulls her tail tightening the grip and destroying the badniks.

???:[smiles in pain] Woo! And Ow. Woo and Ow! 

Sonic and Y/n spring into action as two badniks were about to shoot her. Sonic spindash attacked the one on her left and Y/n smashed the one on her right.

Sonic: Watch your back!

???: Whoops! Thanks! Welcome to my home town! Sorry for the mess. We've got a bit of a robot problem. 

Y/n: [Smiles] Problem? What problem? 

???: Ha! Your sweet not to notice. 

Sonic spin attacks an enemy from behind her knocking it away in the process and Y/n Hit it into the wall smashing the eggpawn into pieces. 

???: Nice one you two! You're a natural! Do this often?

Sonic: You could say that. Sonic the hedgehog, and the girl with me is Y/n.

???: Oh sweet! Always wanted to meet you two! Tangle the lemur.

Sonic: Charmed

Tangle: Like wise.

Y/n:[smiles] After this maybe we can get to know each other a bit more Tangle, you seem awesome!

Tangle: Really? That would be so much fun! I feel like were going to be besties!

Y/n: Yeah! We could-

Sonic: Less talking more bashing. Next thing you know you'll get hurt cause of it.

Y/n: I don't get hurt all the time.

Sonic: Do you want me to go over every hospital you've been to over the years?

Y/n:... 

Sonic: That's what I thought. 

Tangle ran and clung her tail unto some robots.
