"Ah, I should rinse my mouth," He announced as he lifted himself from Taehyung's side, and made his way to their bathroom.
"Jeongguk..." Taehyung called from behind, causing the male to turn around and tilt his head to the side. "Would you trust me?" He questioned curiously.
Jeongguk blinked a few times before furrowing his eyebrows and the Alpha spoke further.
"If I say I won't ever leave you again..would you trust me Jeon Jeongguk?" He asked carefully, holding Jeongguk's gaze.
"Tae.." Jeongguk whispered back, his brows knitted together.
"Because I won't..." Taehyung continued with a nod. "Because I love you, Jeongguk..if I promised I wouldn't leave your side for the rest of our lives..would you believe me?" He questioned again in a soft whisper. "It didn't fathom just suddenly I can assure you that, I don't have anymore reasons to deny it, Gguk.." he told him softly.
Jeongguk stared at the older male for a while, his eyes searching his face carefully, and then nodded slowly, "yes..I trust you." His eyes softened as he looked into Taehyung's beautiful brown orbs with the most pure, honest stare, "yes, I would believe you." Jeongguk finally nodded. "I do.."
Taehyung nodded gently back, a relieved smile playing across his lips. "Come here, baby" he beckoned to Jeongguk, "you've held yourself alone really well..let hyung take care of you now.." extending one hand out towards the younger.
Jeongguk's eyebrow scrunched as he pursued his lips together in order not to let his drowned emotions spill, instead he sighed and reached forward to link his fingers with Taehyung's, "Okay.." Jeongguk whispered as he leaned closer, closing his eyes to let his lips graze over Taehyungs, who shivered slightly as he felt the younger vampire brush his lips against his.
It was as if nothing else mattered in the entire universe but the feel of Jeongguk's lips against his, the warmth that spread through his entire body whenever their lips touched, made him gasp slightly as he arched his head backwards, when Jeongguk simply attached their lips together.
It felt as though everything that has happened tonight just vanished, Jeongguk felt safe in his arms and no matter what happened he wasn't able to regret doing anything because Taehyung's touch was like a warm blanket that calmed him, helped him to forget the things he had heard, and made him forget all the pain he had been through, as if it was the moment he had waited all along.
And that was exactly what happened and they both knew that there were no limits to where this bond could go, because it was already there.
Taehyung parted his eyes as they detached their lips away from another, catching sight of Jeongguk's mesmerising eyes staring back at him; he could feel the faint tremble running throughout his entire body every time he caught a glimpse of them. Jeongguk gave him a soft smile, his eyes disappearing underneath long lashes before he leaned in again, this time bringing a hand to caress the elder's jaw tenderly. This time when he leant down to attach their lips to one another, this time they kissed passionately, their lips moving in perfect sync with each other, as Taehyung brought his free hand to clutch at the front of Jeongguk's shirt tightly.
