The next few days seemed to go by rather quickly. Whenever (y/n) and Celestia looked at each other, his heart would begin to beat faster. Yes, his feelings for the black haired female were growing stronger and stronger, yet he couldn't find the courage to tell her."Good morning, (l/n)." Kirigiri gave him a small nod. For some time now, the Ultimate Dealer had started coming to the classroom much earlier. He found himself enjoying the time he spent waiting for his crush. Most of the time, he would leave after admiring her for a few seconds.
"Isn't what you're doing really obsessive and kind of scary?" Her sudden words made him look up and toward her. "I don't know what you're talking about, Kirigiri. I'm just sitting at my desk, minding my own business. What's so creepy and obsessive about that? Am I bothering you?"
A small chuckle escaped her lips. "No, you're not bothering me. But the fact that you immediately began to ramble on and on about your innocence proves the fact that you know it's wrong." Blood rushed into his cheeks, making the (s/c) skin grow red. "I... Fine, yes it is a bit weird..."
"Let's be honest. There probably is a mutual romantic interest between the two of you." Now turning all of her attention towards him, the detective closed her eyes for a few seconds. "Wouldn't it be much better for you to just confess your feelings? How about some flowers, too?"
"You might not be wrong, but..." (Y/n) sighed. He really wasn't making things easier for himself and talking with someone about the issue probably wasn't making anything better. "But what? Are you afraid of getting rejected? Or are you shy and can't find the courage to tell her?"
The last question of hers sounded quite repetitive to him, as if someone had already asked that question before her. "I really don't know, Kirigiri." Finally giving in, the (h/c) haired male let his head fall down onto his desk. "How am I supposed to confess to her?"
"As I said, you could try gifting her flowers." His eyes wandered into her direction once more. "Why flowers? Celestia seems to like expensive things, so why would she be impressed by something like that? I want her to remember my confession, not laugh and immediately forget about it."
"I understand." For a few moments, both of them were quiet, not saying a single word. "You seem to think that Ludenberg wouldn't appreciate a gesture like that. You think that you have to buy something really expensive in order to win her over. That's really foolish of you, if you ask me."
"Foolish of me? Hah..." Sighing, the Ultimate Dealer shrugged. "Maybe you're right. I would rather be foolish than embarrass myself, though. I should get to know her some more, don't you think? Maybe I can think of a way to impress her then. I really am crazy in love..."
"Listen." The purple haired detective stood up and closed the book that she had been reading. "I can only tell you one thing: Don't try to force it. Even if she doesn't accept your confession or gift, that doesn't mean you should try again. So just leave her alone afterwards."
"Oh, and more thing..." He looked at her again. "What is it?" "Ludenberg isn't as materialistic as you think. A simple and pretty bouquet of flowers should be enough to win her over, trust me." Before he could say or ask anything else, the female had walked out of the classroom.
