Naegi stared at his friend. "Something happened. Your face is practically glowing." For once, the Ultimate Lucky Student's face seemed to be completely straight. He had tried to find out what happened to (y/n), who seemed to be much happier than ever before. "Nothing happened. Didn't you interrupt us, anyways?"Cogwheels began to turn in his head. Interrupted them? Who? Oh, right. Immediately, something clicked inside of the brown haired male's head. "I knew it! You and Ludenberg are a couple now! I should've known as soon as I saw the two of you in the classroom together, hm?"
"You're really slow." The Ultimate Dealer let out a sigh. "You and Kirigiri walked in on us. I thought the news would already be spread all over the school. But it seems like you forgot about it as soon as humanly possible." His words made Naegi blush in slight embarrassment.
"I just didn't want to make you two uncomfortable! I forgot about it on purpose! I'm not forgetful or anything like that!" He was obviously a bit upset and mostly embarrassed, waving his hands around. "Of course..." The (h/c) haired male laughed quietly. "You're really silly, you know that?"
As soon as the sound of clicking reached his ears, (y/n) immediately turned towards the sound, spotting his girlfriend in the distance. "But whatever, I have to go now. See you later." Turning away, he walked into Celestia's direction, his heart beginning to beat much faster in an instant.
The only thing that the Ultimate Lucky Student could do, was watching him leave. 'He really is in love. Not that it wasn't obvious. I wonder how no one noticed that yet. Or did they notice already and are just choosing not to acknowledge it? No, they wouldn't ignore that right?'
"Celestia." A soft smile played on his lips as he came to a stop, next to his lover. "(Y/n)." She only replied, giving him a beautiful smile back. "Seems like no one found out about us. Yet. It's a bit strange, isn't it?" Her words made him shake his head.
"Actually, it isn't strange at all. I talked to Naegi earlier. It turns out that he immediately forgot about what he saw in the classroom. Concerning Kirigiri... I guess she just chose to ignore it." A laugh escaped her mouth. "He forgot it so soon? That's a bit..."
"I know. He was so embarrassed and kept telling me that he forgot it on purpose. I don't think that's even possible, but if it makes him feel better, I won't tease him." It was a really harmonic moment as they just laughed together, though it was about another person.
"Poor him." The Ultimate Gambler sarcastically said, before giving him a soft kiss on the lips. Of course, she checked the halls beforehand. Having a private relationship was definitely something she preferred. "I get so flustered whenever you do this." He mumbled against her lips, causing her to smile again.
"I hope this isn't a complaint." Celestia pulled away again, grabbing one of his hands. "Let's go now. I want to breathe some fresh air." He nodded, giving her hand a gentle squeeze. "Whatever you want, Celestia." The (h/c) haired male kissed the back of her hand, bowing slightly to do so.
In that moment, the Ultimate Gambler felt like a real princess, almost loosing control over her calm expression. Her heart was beating faster than ever, her pupils expanding slightly. Yes, she loved him. She really did. And she was already more than just curious about their shared future.
