Three weeks. If you say three weeks, it seems like a bunch of days. But it came by quickly than expected and finally, it was Allysa and Jared big day.
"Stop pacing bro, cause you make all of us dizzy" Kai told Jared who was pacing back and forth nervously
"How did you do it?" Jared asked
"Do what?" Kai replied
"Not you, I'm asking married men" Jared said
"Ouch! That hurt" Kai clutched his chest dramatically
"When I married Kylie, I wasn't this nervous. After all it was arranged, maybe Ryan would tell you how he felt" Harris said
"Savy and I eloped, remember? So I don't know that feeling either" Ryan shrugged
"Seems like this is the first normal wedding " Kai said
"Wow! You guys are being very helpful right now" Jared said sarcastically
"You know, i think that you should relax. Allysa loves you and you love her, so think of this as the fruit of your love and stop being nervous" Kai said
"I can't believe that the one who rarely dates is giving me a pep talk on my wedding day"
"Yeah, he is a daddy for a reason" Harris said
They kept on talking and talking until they heard a knock on the door and a lady came to tell them that it's time.
Meanwhile, Allysa was already in her wedding gown, looking herself in the mirror. Nervous was the last thing that she felt, she was excited, finally she was going to say i do to the man of her dreams.
"You look so pretty my dear" Allysa's mom said
"Yes sis, you're the most beautiful bride in this world" Amara added
"Aaww..you two are so sweet" Allysa hugged them "thank you guys"
"Girl, you look lovely" Savanna said
"I wasn't this beautiful on my wedding " Kylie added
"Yes, you were. That dress looked amazing on you" Allysa said
Kylie, Savanna and Amara were the bride's maids of Allysa. Just like how Kai, Harris and Ryan were the groomsmen of Jared.
Knock knock "Ladies, are you good in there?" Jordan voice was heard
"Yes, come in" Kylie said and the door was opened to reveal Jordan in his black suit
"Wow! Aren't you too beautiful today" he said taking both of Allysa's hands
"Thank you Jordan" Silence pass for awhile as they look at each other.
"Listen to me, go there and be happy. Okay?" Jordan said "I'll be watching you"
"Like my Knight?" Allysa asked
"Like your Knight" Jordan replied and they hugged
"Let's not start crying, today is a happy day" Jordan said taking tissues and gently wipe Allysa's eyes "I saw the groom walking downstairs so let's not keep him waiting"
"Okay" Allysa smiled taking Jordan's hand as they both walk outside the room.
They walked to the car and drove of to church. When they reach there, Jared was directed to walk to the altar and wait for his bride.
Then Luna entered as a flower girl and then bride's maids and groomsmen walk inside in pairs. Harris and Kylie, Ryan and Savanna and Kai and Amara.
"Everyone rise, the bride will enter now"
Everyone stood up as Allysa started walking down the aisle escorted by Jordan
( Kina Grannis - Can't help falling in love ) is playing as Allysa walks slowly
Jared looked at her as she walk, his smile was bright as if he had won a lottery.
When she got near him, Jordan handed her to him and they both took a step to the altar.
"Dear beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Mr Jared Parker and Miss Allysa Wright, who have agreed to enter into a holly matrimony. If anyone has an objection to why these two shouldn't get married today, should say now or you may forever hold your silence" the priest said
The whole church was quiet. The priest repeated the question for three times before he continued.
"Jared Parker, do you take Allysa Wright to be your lawfully wedded wife for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do you apart?"
"I do" Jared replied
"Allysa Wright, do you take Jared Parker as your lawfully wedded husband for richer and for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do you apart?"
"I do" people cheered
"You may exchange rings and state your vows" the priest said
"Allysa, I used to not believe in love, I believed that forever doesn't exist, I believed that love is just a childish play, but that ended when I met you. You made me feel the love that I didn't think that I would ever feel. And I promise to cherish this feeling forever. I love you" Jared put a ring on his bride's finger and people cheered
"Jared, all those years you thought that I hated you, you were wrong. I loved you since the first year that I step into that company. When you took me to places and claimed me as your date, I was secretly happy. And now I know that I wasn't wrong to love you. You have been nothing but a good man in my eyes. I promise to love, respect and support you in every step of our lives. I love you" she put a ring on her groom's finger
"I now pronounce you Mr and Mrs Parker"
"Yeesss, kiss her" Harris shouted
"Kiss her, kiss her, kiss her" people chanted as Jared lean slowly and they have their first kiss as married couple.
After that they hold hands and went outside the church where the car was ready to take them to the venue where the party is held.
The newly weds cut the cake, had their first dance, then they danced with their parents and the party kept going on and on
"Before the party end, the newly weds would like to give their words of appreciation" the Mc said and then hand over the mic to Jared
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, Me and my wife would like to thank you all for joining with us in this special day, we appreciate your presence and your presents. Thank you so much" Jared finished and everyone clapped their hands.
Click click. Ryan clicked his glass "before they leave, I have something to say on behalf of my friends" Ryan paused "Jared, I've been there since you started this journey, we have all been there" he pointed at their friends "and seeing you here today, we have no words to say than we are proud of you"
"Yeah, very proud of you brother" Harris shouted
Jared almost cried by the words of his friends, he knew the struggle he was in, and it was never easy but here he was today, happy and contented.
"Okay, the newly weds will excuse themselves, going to rest" the mc said and the newly weds left the party.
They went directly to their hotel room to rest for the big trip to Hawaii on their honeymoon.
