*Narrator's POV*

The lights of New York City's towers and signs, like the people driving in the light traffic tonight, were bright and awake. The city that never sleeps lived up to its reputation as the hustle and bustle of daily life continued well into the late hours. From the iconic Times Square billboards to the shimmering skyscrapers, New York City's vibrant energy was palpable in every corner.

Looking down from above, everything appeared ordinary. Drivers honking at each other, buses picking up and leaving people behind - just another typical night in the city. However, in the distance, the roar of a man's motorcycle could be heard.

With impressive skill and agility, the man adeptly navigates his way through the traffic, deftly dodging the moving vehicles as he accelerates toward his intended destination. The man's swift movements and keen focus demonstrate years of practice and experience in maneuvering through the bustling city streets with finesse.

He was chasing a worn-down black car; the drivers could almost be heard arguing in a panic, which became more frantic when they noticed the biker was behind them and gaining on them rapidly. The driver of the car pressed harder on the gas pedal, trying to outrun the biker, but it was no use. The biker skillfully maneuvered through traffic, closing in on the car with each passing moment.

The biker's outfit was all black, matching his bike, except for a bright red mark painted or dyed on the front of his leather jacket. Those in the know understood its significance, while others saw it as just another piece of street fashion. Little did they realize the power it held in the underground world.

Legally, he was considered a modern vigilante, and they had been spotted in his part of the city. This gave him the authority to handle the situation as he deemed necessary, even if it meant resorting to lethal force to protect innocent lives. His actions had garnered mixed reactions from the public - some saw him as a hero fighting for justice, while others viewed him as a dangerous vigilante taking the law into his own hands.

The thugs attempted to weave through the traffic, but their efforts were in vain as the biker drove up next to them and skillfully threw a razor-sharp knife at their wheel with pinpoint precision. The knife hit the tire with a loud hiss, causing it to deflate instantly. The thugs desperately tried to maintain control of their vehicle as it swerved dangerously on the road.

As the driver pressed the brakes, an unexpected jerk caused by the brakes' pressure sent the car careening on the busy street. However, the driver failed to perceive the presence of the vigilante biker, who was lurking in the shadows awaiting the exact moment when his target pressed the brakes. The car swerving was precisely what the vigilante biker intended.

As the biker sped to the car, he retrieved the hidden hatchet he kept in a compartment in his motorcycle, readying the weapon at his side. He was fully aware that any slight mistake could jeopardize his mission, so he gripped the hatchet firmly, determined to see his plan through.

His helmet reflects the driver's face just as he swings down on the window, hooking into it and tearing the glass off. He unsticks his weapon with a few shakes and lets the window freefall behind him.

The thugs shriek in panic as the vigilante biker hurls a few smaller razors through the vehicle window, his aim deadly accurate and the blades hit their targets quickly. The blood from the slashes on the thugs' throats gushes out in various streams, covering the car's insides in an instant.

As the driver releases one hand from the steering wheel in an attempt to staunch the blood that's gushing out of his slit throat, he ends up causing the car to swerve violently from side to side. Unable to control the vehicle in their current state, the men soon lose their consciousness and fall unconscious due to the blood-loss.
