Let's go party scene time! I'm such a fan of like, chaotic party scenes (thinking of the one from ep1 of young royals lmao) idk 🤷 annnyways there shouldn't be anything triggering here! You can read safely~ mention of stalking tho~

It was extremely difficult to enjoy my weekend while the anxiety of the party I'd decided to go to loomed over my head. At the time I agreed to go, I had been thinking blindly about maybe making some friends and having some time to hang out with Felix. The more I brooded on my plans, however, the less I wanted to go. It would be cruel to Felix to cancel now...so I just had to get through my Saturday without letting things sit on my mind too much.

That odd text message still bothered me even though I had blocked the number. And as I swept our dorm, I had a great idea. Who better to talk to about this issue with my technology than my computer science major roommate?

I walked over to Seungmin's desk where he had obviously pulled an all-nighter and was slumbering in a pile of work. I felt bad waking him up, but it was already two in the afternoon and as much as I wanted him to sleep I also wanted him to have some free time today.  I know how disheartening it is to sleep your weekend away.

"Hey, Seungmin, you should probably get up now," I gently said, shaking his arm lightly, "This is a little awkward but I need your help with something."

He rustled on his papers and calmly flickered his eyes open. He sat up and stretched before gathering the papers he had been sleeping on, letting out a long sigh.

"How long was I out? What time is it?" He blinked, clearly still taking in how bright the sun was outside.

"Two." I said simply, setting my dustpan aside, "I let you sleep pretty long since you were up so late, but I really need you to look at something for me."

He rubbed the last of the sleep out of his eyes, and turned to face me. Seungmin's quick change from half-asleep to fully awake gave me the impression he was a light sleeper.

"What's up?"

I explained the situation and my concerns about being stalked, and that perhaps simply blocking the person won't stop them from getting ahold of me.

Seungmin held his hand over his mouth and clasped his eyes shut, "hmmm I'm not really sure what you can do..."

He dragged his hand down his face and neck, letting it fall back in his lap. He turned to me and shook his head.

"At least I know about it now and can keep an eye out, tech wise the best thing you can do is block them and any numbers they make in the future."

"I figured, but it gives me some security to know from someone who's actually in the field." I sighed, something about knowing I can't do any more gave me relief from my nerves, at this point all I can do is wait and see if anything happens.

"Well...do you want to go find some lunch? I know it's late but I had a late breakfast, might as well eat together." I suggested.

"Yeah let's do that, how do you feel about burritos again?" Seungmin stood up and picked up his phone.

"All good with me." I replied, might as well find distractions so this whole ordeal doesn't make me too paranoid. I still have to pull together the mental strength to survive this party later.

The time had finally come. I showed up to Felix's dorm, which was next to the English wing of campus, within view of the frat and sorority buildings. His building seemed much more recent. It lacked the exposed brick and instead had solid white walls and considerably less ivy than the rest of campus. The little windows set into the walls of the place twinkled, letting me know just how packed it was inside. His dorm village was larger than mine in general and wasn't even close to as isolated in the woods as mine was, it was even decently lit.
