-- A month later, 6:00pm --

Your POV:

"Let's go to the theme park for your birthday!" Mark said. It had been a whole month since our tests happened and now, finally, they were over. It was mid-June. School was ending in around two weeks and on top of that, we were graduating.

I looked in front of me as everyone was staring at me, probably waiting for a response. It was a nice cool evening, the sun was shining as it was golden hour. The main reason the five of us decided to come here was because we all wanted to see the sunset together, we just never had the right day planned. We had bought ourselves nice refreshing drinks from the café, such as, strawberry lemonade, watermelon juice and iced teas.

"The theme park sounds really fun." I said as I looked at Mark who smiled once he heard me agree to his idea. "Great. See guys, I knew she would agree to the theme park!" Mark said as he specifically eyed Doyoung, I was guessing he was the one who said I wouldn't agree, probably because of how I said I hated roller-coasters once. That's changed now, I like them a bit.

Everyone laughed as they saw Doyoung roll his eyes in defeat. But then Doyoung looked at me sharply, "Hey! You said you hate theme parks-"

"I didn't say I hate theme parks, genius. I only said I hate roller-coasters which was once. I like them now." I cut him off and watched him put his finger down that was pointing at me. Doyoung scoffed, "Well, I didn't know that."

"Now you do." I said as I showed the boy a smile whilst he sipped his iced tea. "So your birthday is on Friday... we can go after school then!" Yerin spoke. I took a sip of my strawberry lemonade before looking at her, "Honestly, you're so lucky your birthday is on a calm Friday." she said using hand gestures. I nodded and smiled at her, which she gladly returned back.

"And then, we can go to a fancy restaurant after..." Taeyong suddenly spoke whilst keeping his gaze focused on something. Mark and Yerin laughed whilst me and Doyoung looked at the boy with the, 'are you serious?' look. "And where will you get that money from?" Doyoung questioned. Taeyong flinched before he looked at Doyoung, "I will get it from where I want and pay for everyone, but you." he spoke sternly and sipped on his iced tea.

These two were definitely gonna bicker again. I only hoped they wouldn't do that, especially since people were walking by and it was just gonna be embarrassing.

"Have fun doing that. I simply won't come then." Doyoung said and looked away from Taeyong whilst sipping on his drink. Taeyong raised his eyebrows, "Hm, we'll see who be begging to tag along then." he said and made everyone, especially Mark, laugh.

"We'll go at 5 then. I swear if anyone is busy at that time, I'm gonna lose it." Taeyong said and eyed the other three. We all shared a quick laugh before speaking. "Taeyong, you're always the one who ends up being busy!" Yerin said and glanced at Taeyong, who's dark hair was shining light because of the beautiful sunlight.

"Not again... you bring up stuff from years ago!" he groaned. "For real!" Mark involved himself, siding with Taeyong. "Ok, ok, my bad!" Yerin said and put her hands up. We laughed again and stared at the pinkish-orangey-yellow sky. I couldn't help but forget all of my worries and emptied my head whilst sharing laughs with my best friends and watched the glorious sunset.

But one thing just couldn't leave my mind.

"So, will us five be the only ones going?" Mark asked as he nudged my arm, making me forget whatever I was thinking of. "Hm, sure-"

I got cut off by Yerin stabbing me with her sharp elbow. I felt like smacking her every time she would do it, she knows her elbow is as sharp as a well-sharpened pencil and it absolutely annoys me every time she nudges me, yet she still does it.
