The four friends were all talking with each other. They were all laughing and some even started to feel a bit of the after effects since it was their first times drinking alcohol.
The barista wiped down the countertop whilst talking to them. They had all been talking for a while and seemed like pretty alright friends.
"So what made you wanna work here?" Doyoung asked and the girl looked up in thoughts.
"Well, I don't know really. I guess you can call it a part-time job." she whispered the last part and winked at the boy. He nodded and started observing her, seeing that she looked quite young anyways.
The seat next to Taeyong was harshly pulled back and once they all turned their heads to look that way, they saw a fuming Y/N. She rubbed her temples back and forth and kept sighing.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Taeyong asked as he put a hand on Y/N's back. He had a worried expression but it turned into a more confused one once he saw that she looked really angry. He could practically see the steam coming out of her ears.
"Y/N?"
"What's wrong?"
"Is she ok?""No, I'm really not ok." she spoke out and rolled her eyes.
The others just looked back and forth at each other, wondering if they should leave her alone or ask her a bit more.
"Is it the drink?" Taeyong lowly questioned. He hoped that his inquiry didn't make Y/N feel more angry seeing all of it written on her face.
"No... I literally forgot about the drink. It's just that, I saw Hana and-"
"What?! Hana?"Yerin cut Y/N off. She was about to cough badly and thought her ears were playing with her. Y/N then turned to look at Yerin, but Yerin sealed her mouth shut and indicated for her to carry on.
"I saw Hana and she 'accidently' spilt her drink on me. And this isn't even my dress. It's my mum's. She's gonna kill me now!" Y/N carried on. Taeyong mumbled something under his breath and rolled his eyes before standing up and scanning the crowds of people that were larger than before.
"How could she do that?!" Yerin blurted out. Y/N shrugged her shoulders and the only thing she could was think about what her mum was gonna say to her if she saw her like this.
Mark and Doyoung just sat there and stared at Y/N, not sure on how to help her out.
"Where is she?" Taeyong asked the girl but she didn't respond back. She slightly shrugged her shoulders but pulled Taeyong back down, "It's fine." she whispered as a slight defeat took over her face.
"You still got more to say, haven't you? What happened before that?" he asked and listened.
"Well, as I was walking to the restroom, I noticed that someone was stepping on my dress and when I turned around, I saw that it was her. So when I asked her to take her shoe off my dress, I realised I was speaking to Hana and she gave me a weird look and then yeah..."
Taeyong nodded and bit the tip of his finger. He carried on staring at her but she just looked at her lap, "I'm gonna be so dead if my mum sees me like this. She doesn't even know I went out with you guys." she said and Taeyong widened his eyes.
"She doesn't know? Why didn't you tell her you were gonna hang out with us?" he asked.
Y/N shook her head whilst shrugging her shoulders, "I don't know to be honest. I probably wasn't thinking then."
He felt bad for the girl. He moved in closer and put his hand on hers, causing her to finally look up at him, "Don't worry, everything will be ok. I promise."
Y/N nodded and showed a tiny smile, feeling Taeyong's warm embrace over her cold hands.

"Jeno.. wake up." Soojin whispered as she shook Jeno's body a bit. The boy flinched and sat back up, realising that he had fallen asleep in the taxi. He quickly rubbed his eyes and looked around, adjusting himself and remembering that he was outside and not at his home.
He and Soojin both exited the car, thanking the driver before they shut the door and started walking towards the hotel they were staying at for the next two days. Two days. Deep down inside, Jeno thought it actually felt like time was going by really slow. Or it was going to go by really slow.
And I think everyone knew exactly why.
He wanted to see Y/N.
"I didn't realise I fell asleep." he cutely laughed, making Soojin laugh too.
Cute. She thought as she showed such a genuine smile towards him once she saw that sleepy eye-smile of his.
"Anyways, I hope you had a lot of fun today. I would definitely love to do it again." he said as he quickly checked his phone and put it back into his pocket.
"I couldn't agree any more." she said out aloud.
Oh shit. I just said my thought out aloud. She thought and instantly looked over at Jeno, but he seemed more fazed by the cool wind and the sound of the flowy river that he probably didn't even hear what Soojin said.
"You know," Soojin began to quickly gain Jeno's attention, which she did and she smirked right after seeing how his eyes slightly widened with curiosity, "This past day or even couple of hours we've spent together have definitely been one of the best. I won't lie to you Jeno but you're really fun and also extremely charming. You know just how to make others smile, and I really like that about you."
Jeno seemed frozen in his tracks, he just stared at Soojin blankly like a lost innocent puppy who was asking for a bit of help. Soojin chuckled before waving her hand in front of his face and just then he mumbled, "No, I'm ok.. it's just that, no one's ever told me that before."
"Oh, really? Well I'm glad to be the first then." she said and carried on walking. Jeno wasn't the one who would get emotional all so easily, but this whole trip, the events that took place before that just made him feel a different way for it. He actually wanted to let out a bit of his emotion, even in front of Soojin, but she didn't really think much of his words and walked further. Jeno snapped out of his trance before looking forward and running to catch up with the girl.
As he walked side to side with Soojin, he showed her a cute smile and could only think about her words. He felt good now, not that he wasn't already but now that he heard those words come out of her mouth, he felt even better and actually more appreciated. The once 'cold' Jeno wasn't really displaying his side these days. It was more of a 'cute' Jeno who just loved smiling.
There was really a good change in him now and he could thank all his loved ones for that.

Soojin was taking a shower and Jeno waited for her to come out so he could take one too. He let her use it first, because after all, ladies first and he saw that he got a lot of notifications today, so he wanted to take the time and check them out.
He first clicked onto his messages he got from his friends, Haechan and Jaemin. Replying to them, he went onto Instagram and clicked Y/N's profile, seeing that she had posted a few new photos. He hearted them all and read the caption: 'hanging out with my loves <3'
Jeno scoffed and swiped threw all the pictures another time. He was completely checking Y/N out, even if he couldn't see her whole body figure, he still let his eyes shamelessly roam over her. He bit onto his bottom lip, wishing that he was also there with her. Oh, how long had it been since he last saw her presence in front of his...
"She looks so fucking beautiful." he mumbled out and closed his eyes, visualising everything in his mind. Y/N. Her. Just being right next to him. Especially after seeing her like that, he didn't think he would be able to control himself from thinking about her for the rest of the night. She was looking really hot. And he would be lying if he said he wasn't feeling a bit jealous that one of the guys wasn't him.
He made a comment underneath her post: 'sad that i'm not there with u beautiful :('
After typing that, a satisfied grin made its way to his face. He messaged Y/N a 'hi' and carried on browsing through his phone, not a single thought leaving his head about her.
