-- 3:45pm --

Everyone was dismissed from fifth period, aka, the last period of the day. Y/N was feeling thankful that the school day finished surprisingly quick today. Time just flew by today. Y/N didn't have to go to her locker, but she did have to use the bathroom quick. She devoured that drink down but she didn't eat anything for the whole day. She knew it was bad but atleast she could go home and eat.

She was in the girls bathroom now and thankfully no one was there. She quickly went into one of the cubicles. Just then, chatter was heard. Great. "Yah, I need to fix my makeup but I ran out of my lip gloss. Give me yours." said the bratty-sounding voice. Y/N just listened carefully. Now the sound of someone rummaging through their bag was heard. "Here, I think I'm gonna run out of it too." another voice said. "Thanks." the first voice that was heard said. After a few seconds, the girl smacked her lips. "Do you think he's gonna be there?" the same girl asked sounding nervous whilst giving the lip gloss back to her friend. "Of course, why wouldn't he?" the other girl said putting it back in her bag. She noticed her friend was looking really nervous. "Come on Hana, don't look like that..." she whined and that only made Y/N cringe. "Jeno is definitely gonna be there, he likes the popularity." she reassured her. "You're right." the Hana girl said now sounding confident. Y/N's eyes widened a bit. Jeno? was all she thought. The sound of shoes were heard now and then they got faint. Y/N came out of her cubicle going towards the sink to wash her hands. What was that about? she thought. Ugh, why do you care damnit! Y/N was a bit angry now for thinking about him. She rolled her eyes and left the bathroom, but she was curious as to what the girls were doing.

-- 4:25pm --

Y/N finally arrived home. "Y/N-ah, how was school?" asked her mum. "It was good. I'm just really tired." she said back as she walked upstairs to her room. Y/N didn't feel like talking, she just wanted to sleep.

She quickly changed out of her uniform and laid down on her comfy bed. Her bed was so comfortable that it made her fall asleep immediately. But she fell asleep with an empty stomach...

-- 7:28pm --

Ring... ring...

The girls phone was ringing. Y/N heard it and looked at her phone. Yerin was calling her. She sat up, eyes half open. "Hello?" she said in her sleepy voice. "Oh, were you sleeping?" Yerin asked knowing that she disturbed her sleep. Y/N hummed in response. "Sorry, I'm sure you haven't seen the photo then-" she said. "What photo?" Y/N was concerned now. "The photo of Jeno and some girl called Hana." she said. Y/N's eyes widened because she heard the name 'Hana' today. Y/N didn't speak for a few seconds causing Yerin to check her phone to see if she was still in a call.

"Hello?" Yerin said but got cut off. "That's right! Hana you say?" Y/N asked. "Yeah. I think that's her name." she answered now seeming a bit confused. "I was in the bathroom after school and heard her conversation with another girl. I heard one of them say Jeno's name and that if he was gonna meet her or something." Y/N said. "Wait let me send you the photo that's going around!" Yerin said and a few seconds later Y/N heard her phone vibrate.

(just act like it's a photo of Jeno and Hana)

Y/N checked the photo and all she could see was the schools rooftop area and Jeno's face. Hana was also seen but you could mostly see her back and the left side of her face. Jeno was smiling at her and Hana looked like she was about to kiss him. Y/N's eyes widened and she felt a weird feeling in her stomach. She put the phone back to her ear because she could hear Yerin saying something.

"Huh, say that again." Y/N asked. "I just said that I wonder who took the photo." she said back. Y/N wanted to ask her who took the photo but she didn't know. "Ugh, he only wants popularity, one of the girls even said so herself. I wouldn't be surprised if she's just using him." Y/N said whilst rolling her eyes. "Hm, but we don't know if they're together." Yerin said. "They probably are by the looks of it." Y/N looked at the photo again to confirm what she just said. "Look at how she's tilting her head! Like she's about to kiss him. Oh man, all the Jeno fangirls are gonna go after her." Y/N said whilst smirking. "I wonder what made her wanna do that." Yerin said. Just then Y/N's stomach growled loud. "Yerin-ah, I really need to eat something, I'll text you later." she said and quickly ended the call because her stomach started to hurt now.

She rushed downstairs and saw that there was already food cooked by her mum. "Y/N, there's food-" she said but Y/N was already pouring herself some of the food her mum made. "Thank you eomma!" she said and sat down to eat. Yum... was all she thought whilst she devoured the food down.

-- 8:05pm --

Y/N finished eating and was sitting next to her mum now. Her dad worked all week. He would arrive home on Friday nights and leave again on Monday mornings. Her mum told her to sit with her because today was the day their favourite K-drama would be on. There was still a good 15 minutes before it would be on. "Eomma, I want some snacks to eat while we watch. Can I go get some? the convenience store is just down the road." she asked her mum, expecting a no. "Hm, ok sure, but be quick!" her mum surprisingly agreed, because she wouldn't let Y/N go out alone at this time. Y/N was happy, she quickly got her shoes on along with her jacket and head out the door.

She walked fast to the convenience store. As soon as she got in, she greeted the person at the counter with a smile. She went to the very back of the store because that's where her favourite things were. She got all types of snacks, you name it. She then went to the counter to pay for all of the snacks.

-- 8:17pm --

She entered the house and immediately sat next to her mum with the snacks. The drama was about to start. She's always excited for dramas she really enjoys. It even gets her thinking why can't her life be as interesting as they are in dramas.

-- 8:03am --

"Oh my gosh, she's there." said one voice.

"How does she have a chance?!" said another voice.

"How did she seduce him?" said another voice.

The whole school was filled with gossip. Yes, gossiping about Jeno and Hana. Hana was walking through the locker room, where mostly everyone is during the free time in the morning. Whereas, Jeno, wasn't to be seen yet. Hana knew damn well that everyone would be gossiping about her. But did she care? No. She's only popular now because of Jeno and the photo that's going around. Everyone is obviously gonna chat bad about her. Hana smiled as she walked along with her friend, Minji. "Yah! Mind your own business." Hana said and everyone, mostly the girls, looked at her with complete jealousy and anger. "Hana... what happened to you?" said one person. "You were looking so different yesterday..." the same person said. "I put some makeup on, have a problem?" Hana rudely said back and carried on walking.

Meanwhile Y/N and Yerin were walking towards the locker room. They both had history together, so they went to go get their books as they were in their lockers.

As soon as they walked into the locker room, they heard a lot of chatter. Yes, that's normal, but chatter as in gossip. They both looked at each other because yesterday on their call, they knew this was gonna happen. "Literally what I expected." Y/N whispered as she elbowed Yerin's arm. Yerin chuckled and they both opened their lockers, got their books and carried on walking.

They still had around 5 minutes left for class, so they walked a bit slowly to waste time. "I heard someone say that Hana changed herself completely just for Jeno." Y/N said as she was checking her hair using her small mirror. "Really? That girl must be crazy for him. Yes, he's good looking but she's gonna ruin herself if she gets dump-" Yerin got cut off by girls screaming and running towards the opposite direction they were heading to.

The two wanted to get a closer look to what was happening.

"Oppa, are you really with Kim Hana??" the same question was repeatedly getting asked to the boy.

The crowd just kept getting bigger and bigger. Oppa this, oppa that. Y/N cringed really bad. "LISTEN. I'M NOT WITH ANYONE SO CAN EVERYONE JUST..." Jeno yelled really loud causing everyone to shut up. He controlled himself to not finish the last part of the sentence and everyone made space for him to leave.

Y/N and Yerin were standing far from the crowd, but everything was clearly heard. Jeno was walking their way, the whole crowd looked at him from behind. Jeno clearly looked really, really angry... his facial expression was cold, he rolled his eyes and he knew that the photo was photoshopped because nothing happened between the two. All he could do was curse under his breath, not caring about anything at the moment.
