Two years after the events of Flames of hope...
It was a peaceful night with the trees swaying in the breeze and the moons where shining down upon jade mountain casting an ere glow across the land scape. Looking out over this moon light land scape was a young Nightwing dragonet standing on the peak of the mountain watching the moons as they drifted through the sky.
The words of her dream bounced around inside Moonwatchers head as she tracked the moons path through the sky as she did every night when she couldn't sleep, which was common over these past few days as this same dream cycled through her head to the point where she couldn't ignore it anymore.
It isn't a dream, it's a vision and a prophecy and I'm sure of it. Even if Qibli thinks it's too weird to be a prophecy, it's still a prophecy.
Moon was snaped from her thought line by a soft voice behind her.
"What are you doing out here Moonwatcher? You've been coming out here every night for the past five days, Is something wrong?"
"Everything is fine Sunny, you don't have to worry about me" she replied without turning around.
Sunny came and sat beside Moon while looking at her sceptically. After a few moments of silence Sunny final broke it with a comment Moon was prepared to hear.
"it's a vison, isn't it".
Looking away from the sky and to Sunny, Moon let out a sigh before replying "and a prophecy".
Sunnys ears perked up a Moons reply and looked at her with a worried expression.
"a prophecy?"
"yes" she said with a sigh looking back to the moons "my friends think it's too odd to be real".
"Tell me, I'll believe you know matter what" said sunny placing a talon on Moons shoulder.
After a few blissful moments of silent Moon started telling Sunny about the dream she had been having every night for the past three nights.
"What happens first is a still picture of what I believe to be the future, it's of a dragon wearing some form of amour but the picture is too blurry to make out anything about it but that it glows blue in some spots" she said to an intrigued Sunny "then it fades to black and the prophecy starts".
With a sigh she let her prophecy mode take over...
