(3rd person's pov):
After the bomber gave the choice to Kunikida, he gasped as well as Aya who was already terrified.
"Shosaku!" Kunikida called gritting his teeth, "You anticipated this, didn't you?"
"What did you ideals say again?" Shosaku smirked, "You never allow anyone to die infront of your own eyes huh?"
He slowly sits up, with his hands tied behind his back with handcuffs.
"But between hundred of passengers on that train and the girl infront you tied up with those bombs---"
"Can you really hold true to your ideals now?"
Aya's eyes were filled with tears. Her lips were trembling. She, herself was shaking.
"Now, let that girl die!" Shosaku said slowly standing up on his feet, and standing behind Kunikida and Aya,
"Kill the girl and prove once and for all that your ideals are nothing more than a childish fantasy!!" The bomber darkly grinned, as he shouted at the blonde man speaking those words.
He also stepped on Kunikida's notebook which was lying on the ground, making a stain of his shoe.
....
"You are right!" Kunikida spoke up,
"Even if one grits his teeth and struggle with all their strength, people always die around us!" Kunikida said sighing down, "It's inescapable!"
"Cruel! Heartless! and without a hint of perfection!" The blonde trails off, "That's the kind of world we live in---"
"But even if the future seems blink---"
"Even if my goal will lead me to a desert of suffering----"
"I WILL STILL PERSUE MY IDEALS!!!"
Kunikida shouted pressing the 'Enter' key on the laptop as the bomb starts ticking. The sound of the train was also heard from a few feet away. It was about to pass through those bombs on the tracks.
The bombs on Aya's chest starts signalling red light. It will blast right at the moment when the train will pass through the tracks.
"That's it!!! Your only option is to sacrifice the girl!!!" Shosaku psychotically shouted.
Aya kept looking up at Kunikida, with teary eyes.
"Aya! Forgive me!" Kunikida spoke with a low voice as he walked towards her.
Aya cried; those tears she kept holding in her eyes, ran down her cheeks, "It's alright!"
"Afterall~ I am a hero of justice~"
She cries, and smiles at the same time speaking those last words.
Kunikida didn't let her speak any further as he quickly hugged her; Aya gasped at this thinking what the blonde man was upto.
"Wh-what? What are you doing!!" Shosaku shouted.
"I won't let you suffer the pain alone---" Kunikida sighed holding her tight in his arms, "That's the least I can do as an agent, right?"
Aya cried.
Kunikida decided to die along with the girl.
And in the next minute, the bomb blasts!!
Trains already passed through the tracks and as the bomber said, those bombs didn't detonate.
Shosaku saw the sight as the bomb on the girl's chest blasted.
