Emily and Dazai arrives in the agency after the conflict between the Guild members and the Port-Mafia and the Agency.
The Guild's powers were still unknown so they were able to defeat the Mafia and the Agency members with ease.
Kunikida, Atsushi, and Kenji who were severely injured are now, totally healed by Dr. Yosano and her ability.
On the other side, Dazai and Emily walks into the room of the Agency where one of the Mafia's Hostage has been kept.

(3rd person's pov) :
It was the Armed Detective Agency's infirmary where a tall and slender woman with a traditional japanese dress was lying on the bed. It was none other than Kouyou Ozaki -- one of Port Mafia's Executive; and now a hostage.
Although, the Agency's infirmary has windows and doors but each of the beds were surrounded with long cream coloured curtains.
Kouyou started to wake up, her eyes slowly flutter open but were still hazy.
"Hey, Sister~" Dazai cheerfully greets, as he was sitting on a chair beside her bed.
Hearing his voice, Kouyou's eyes moved towards the sound and her eyes widened seeing Emily and Dazai near her bed.
"It's been a while, hasn't it?" Emily greets calmly standing near Dazai.
"Yes, it has indeed been a while, you vile little traitors!" She arrogantly replied.
Hearing her remark, Dazai and Emily only stare at her blankly without any reply where as Atsushi who was standing near the curtains glared at the hostage.
Kouyou's eyes moved towards the tiger boy as she noticed him.
"You, boy? Is Kyouka safe?" Kouyou worriedly asked.
"She is missing...." Atsushi replies as he clicks his tongue in anger, "And it's all your fault!!"
Dazai and Emily were not at all surprised when, Kouyou just started to laugh and grin like a witch; but her laugh only set off Atsushi at his boiling point as he was clearly furious.
"What's so funny!?!?" Atsushi yelled as his arms turns into a tiger's paw with sharp nails, and his right hand immediately reach out towards Kouyou's neck.
Dazai quickly grabbed Atsushi's arm nullifying the tiger boy's ability and his tiger arms returned back to normal.
Emily let out a sigh at this as she says, "Atsushi, leave the matter to Dazai and me."
"B-but---" Atsushi tried protesting when Dazai started to lead him out of the infirmary.
"Don't worry... We got this~" Dazai smiled to Atsushi in a relieving tone as he closes the door.
The only persons in the room were now, Kouyou, Dazai and Emily.
"It's quite a surprise that one of the Mafia's top Executive ended up as a hostage~ what a pitiful sight~" Emily smiles calmly standing up from her chair and standing near the edge of her bed.
Kouyou scoffs arrogantly turning her face away without a reply, when Dazai walks in standing behind Emily.
"Well then~" Dazai speaks, "Sorry to get right to the point but Emily and I would like to know the Port-Mafia's current strategy regarding this conflict with the Guild."
Kouyou let out another scoff smiling at them, "Don't tell me that you two have forgotten the Port-Mafia's code?"
"Those with loose tongues are the first one to die~"
