Sophie's POV

They left me. Alone. I don't know what to do but pray for their safety. I don't want anyone of them to get hurt because of ME. I love my friends. I would sacrifice myself if I could for them. A/N Literally Percy Jackson though I was pacing from side to side in my room when a wave of dizziness shot through my head. I felt myself collapse onto my soft, red carpet. Wait. Wasn't dizziness a stage of Vulmon? The...what stage was it? That's when it hit me. Memory loss... 2nd stage! 2nd stage of Vulmon! Oh no! Was it progressing this quickly? I knew what I was going to do next. Call KEEFE at night and tell him the horrible news. I don't know why but when I talk to Fitz I feel pressured but to Keefe I'm more relaxed in some sort of way I guess...

Luckily night came faster than I thought. I rang Keefe on my imparter:

(Bold is Sophie, Keefe is underlined)

Hey Keefe, How is it going?

Foster... I don't know how to say this but when we were seeking for Liluth, the Neverseen found us and said to turn you into them and of course we said no. Then the Neverseen lashed out on us and pushed Fitz into a sharp rock. Fitz was wounded on his hip but he is in a stable condition now.

What! Noo! Noo! NOOOO! Keefe the Neverseen hurt someone I loved because of me. Why are you guys so stubborn. You should just turn me into the Neverseen. At this stage I knew I was sobbing.

Sophie. Listen to me. YOU mean EVERYTHING to us all. We will NEVER give you, the girl that risked EVERYTHING for us to the Neverseen. We won't stop until we find Liluth.

I couldn't help but tear up.

Thank you Keefe, for everything. You guys mean everything to me. I stopped to control myself then continued. I remembered what I was going to tell them. I actually called because of something else. I-I-I'm up to the second s-stage...

Oh my god, Sophie. Are you okay?!

I feel a little dizzy now and then but overall not too bad, could be worse. But the part that is concerning me the most is that I keep forgetting simple details.

That means we'll have to find Liluth and fast.

No. Don't rush yourselves, be careful

Sophie, what do you mean, "don't rush yourselves." This is your life on the line!

Okay

We won't disturb you anymore. Don't make yourself too exhausted. Okay?

Okay

And with that Keefe said a 'Good Night' and hung up.

The first time in a long time I fell asleep with my aching eyes closed. But was it a good sleep?

Third Person POV (In Nightmare)

NOO!

A deathly scream could be heard, echoing through the halls of the Neverseen's hideout. On the floor lay a still figure. Sophie Elizabeth Foster. The girl who had many amazing friends. The freak. The girl who was taken. The elf with too many abilities. And most importantly, Keefe's Foster...

All her friends were fighting off the Neverseen members but were outmatched terribly. All had deep cuts and wounds all over their body...

There was nothing the Blackswan could do to win...

Sophie's POV

I woke up from my latest nightmare. I kept having the same dream over and over again; What was happening to me? Then a sudden stabbing pain shot through my brain. I knew what it was. It was familiar, dangerously too familiar. It was guilt. I had fought guilt for way too long now, trying to back it off. I wondered when it would go away... If I hadn't come to the Lost Cities, I wouldn't have brought so many innocent people into harm. All my friends, Grady, Edaline, Alden, Della... They were all in danger because of me. Suddenly, I felt nauseous and the need to throw up. I quickly stumbled out of my cosy bed and hurried over to the toilet. After I finished with my mess, I heard Flori's voice coming from outside the door. "Miss Foster is everything alright?"

"Yep! Everything's fine!" I said cheerfully trying to make my voice sound like I was in no pain at all. Luckily she fell for it.

My friends are out there somewhere in the wild trying to find something named Liluth? To save me! I need to help my friends one way or another. I decided to not feel helpless anymore, so I went to train outside for awhile with my throwing stars and dagger. I walked outside but as soon as I did I heard something crunch in the bushes. I whipped my head around. 3 black cloaked figures stepped out among the shadowy bushes. I silently gasped under my breath unable to think anymore...
