Character Profile: Piccolo [Updated as of Chapter 0-4]

Ki Blast: Piccolo channels his energy into an energy attack, firing it off as an orb of Ki.

Ki Wave: Piccolo concentrates his energy to form an energy attack, firing it off as a wave of Ki.

Flight: Piccolo channels his Ki throughout his body to manipulate the currents of air around his body, flying through the skies with relative freedom.

Regeneration: Piccolo forces Ki throughout his body to heal wounds and, with the proper usage of Ki, regrow limbs.

Shockwave: Piccolo channels his energy to form a burst of ki in the form of an air attack that releases a massive burst of pressure.

Vengeance Flurry: First, Piccolo yells out "You're going to pay for what you did!" and then dashes at the opponent and kicks them into the air. After their opponent comes in for attacks, Piccolo evades or blocks them and channels ki into either arm, delivering punches and kicks at the foe. Finally, Piccolo punches the foe away, typically through something, following after to kick them into the ground, ending with an energy blast.

Stretch Grapple: Piccolo stretches his arms out to wrap around the opponent, immobilizing them.

Ki Transfer: Piccolo concentrates his Ki, typically into an orb of energy, sending it toward a target and transferring his energy to them.

Ki Sense: Piccolo uses his understanding of Ki to sense out others, gauging their strength and finding their location.

Masenko: Piccolo places both hands above the head with the palms facing the target and one hand in front of the other with the fingers going in opposite directions. Then Piccolo trusted his hands forward, unleashing a beam of (typically) yellowish-white energy.

Special Beam Cannon: Piccolo touches the index and middle fingers of one hand to the forehead and charges enough ki to attack. When ready, Piccolo shouts: "SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!" and then extends his fingers forward, and two thin energy beams are unleashed from the fingers. One remains straight while the other coils around the straight beam. The resulting beam is quite powerful, drilling through most targets, and exploding on the ones it can't.

Destructive Combination: First, Piccolo forms and throws two Ki Blasts at his target before stretching out his arms and attacking his opponent repeatedly. Then, Piccolo flies forward and sweeps his foe off his feet. To finish, Piccolo stretches out his arms to wrap them around his foe and uses the Multi-Form Technique to create two more Piccolos that go on the offensive.

Multi-Form Technique: Piccolo powers up and splits himself into more Piccolos', making tangible clones that can interact with the environment and fight. This splits Piccolo's power up between himself and the clones but provides more coverage than would be provided if Piccolo fought alone.
