Chapter 20 - Changing

Chelsie's POV

A few minutes later, Myra pulled away and gently caressed my cheek as I was beginning to change. "I need Sammie..." I told her, "I think it's best if Sammie comes up later, as this might give her flashbacks." she told me back, making me let out a sad sigh. "I know. It's okay though, I'm here. Embrace it, Sky." she called me the wrong name, causing me to look deeply into Myra's eyes. "That's not my name..." I began to correct her, until I suddenly gasped out in pain. 

Myra ran her thumb over my dry lips, moving my top lip. She smiled with some relief, "You are Sky to me." she told me, still smiling as she pierced her thumb against my canine tooth, which was now a fang. I had fangs...

 Once I tasted the first drop of blood, I quickly rose up and sank my new fangs into her neck without any sort of hesitation. I let out a deep moan as I began to have my first feed on the person that I loved. "Even though you have just transformed, you must carry on embracing it's beauty." she told me through a soft moan, causing me to do just that. I didn't know what I was doing, but it was working as I began to love myself as a vampire. 

Then, I watched the door slowly open.

Sammie stood in the doorway, frozen in place as she was witnessing my first ever feed. I made eye contact with her. "I love your eyes." she purred at me. A few seconds later, I pulled away and got up from the bed, heading towards Sammie. "Sammie, you aren't supposed to be in here. She's...-"

"She's one of us now." she cut Myra off, stepping into the bedroom and wrapped her arms around me. "No, she's still in the middle of transitioning." she told her. Sammie placed her lips against mine, ignoring Myra's warning. I didn't get what the problem was. Sammie was lonely down there. 

I kissed her back, letting out a small moan. 

Then, I started to crave for blood.
