"Jimin are you sure that's what happened?" Jin asked on the phone a couple days later.

"What do you mean? Chimmy said they kissed, when has he lied?" I said still a mess as I wiped hair out my face.

"I just think you should've heard him out Jimin."

"Jin who's side are you on?" I snapped at him.

"Your side completely Jimin. But I met Junkgook and I mean...that kid is so starry eyed in love with you. I just can't help but feel it's not how it seems."

I scoffed and slapped my phone on the coffee table in front of my couch talking to Jin on my earpiece.

"Yeah that's how he reels you in. Those big dumb doe eyes and his goofy bunny grin and the way his stupid innocent eyes seem to hold the whole universe when he looks at you - "

"Jimin." Jin's voice was very brotherly. "Call him."

"No fucking way. So he can make me look like a fool! He likes Rose. It's only been obvious forever, I was just blinded by love."

"Jimin come on, you don't really believe that."

"Of course I do! Jin you don't get it, from the beginning my gut has been telling me she likes him. That he likes her that they've been having this secret affair behind my back. And low and behold I was right. They just happened to have Chimmy with them and what chimmy sees chimmy sings. Mystery solved. It's very clear what's been going on. And frankly I don't care what he does with the slut. They deserve each other. He was a whore when I met him. Sleeping with everyone. Fucking slut deserves a slut."

Jin sighed, "Jimin I wish you would listen to reason and just talk to him."

"Yeah, not gonna happen. Hey I'm gonna talk to you later, I'm loaded with work. I should focus on that, thanks for letting me vent."

"Yeah."

I ignored the disappointed sound in his voice and sat up hanging the phone up with my earpiece and stood up and stretched. I looked around my apartment that I hadn't been to in a while. I always paid the rent up on the place just in case I needed to come and work away from the house. It was in Seoul too but much more within the city and not so much further out away from things like the mansion.

I often came here when I needed to keep working and didn't want to  sleep at the hybe building. I could come home get some proper sleep and go right back to work within five minutes. It was convenient. It wasn't exactly baby hybrid proof though. I was up nearly 30 floors and had windows everywhere. Only two bedrooms, which I couldn't just put Chimmy in the extra room. So instead I had him sleeping on the other couch where I could keep him in sight.

His baby bag sat in the kitchen on the isle with a bottle of milk sitting on the cabinet. I was in way over my head trying to take care of Chimmy by myself, but there was no way in hell I was asking that slut for anything. They said the fans and the staff knew Chimmy. If I had to take him to work with me or work from home 80% of the time I would do that. I would figure it out.

I covered him up with the blanket as he stirred and rubbed his hair pressing the binkie lightly on his lips so he would keep sucking it. It hadn't been soothing him much lately, only in his sleep was I able to keep it in his mouth. I was beginning to realize me and Chimmy were still tied to each other quite a bit despite having separate vessels. That and Hybrids can just naturally pick up on emotions and atmospheres.

So naturally Chimmy had been mostly fussy since arriving at the apartment. I tried to keep my cool as much as I could but I was hurt, pissed and broken. And whether I liked it or not, it affected Chimmy. Trying to sooth him while I was still feeling so many emotions was harder than I thought it would be.
