Alastor's POV:
"Okay, so let me get this straight," Audrey rubbed her temples. "You were framed for a murder the police didn't even investigate properly and you think the murderer has something to do with Kieran's murder?"
"Yep," I said, looking back and forth between her and Noah.
"That is correct," Noah nodded his head once, fidgeting with his hands.
"And you were in an asylum?" She looked at me.
I nodded. "Yeah, it kinda sucked, but hey, at least now you know I couldn't have killed Kieran."
"Well, you haven't proven to us anything yet," Audrey pointed out.
Noah sighed. "Actually, Audrey, there were footprints leading outside of Ali's window. The prints didn't match the shoe. It was a hiking boot, and Ali doesn't have those."
"Well then," she said. "I guess you have some proving you need to do."
"I don't know how, that's the thing," I told her. "Without getting to the police files and the bodies-"
Audrey stalked towards me and got in my face. "And why would you need to see the bodies, hmm?"
"I don't know, maybe there's evidence of the killer or something, like blood. I saw a cut on the killer's arm when he walked out, maybe I could get a dna sample," I rambled, not knowing what to say. She grabbed both of my shoulders and shoved me into the wall. My heart rate sped up out of fear, and I froze up.
"Hey, hey, hey-" Noah scrambled over to us and tried to grab Audrey's shoulder but she shrugged him off.
"As far as I'm concerned, you're a killer and you're not going anywhere without me or Noah. You just want to see the handiwork you did to our girlfriends," she growled.
"No, I don't!" I yelled. Audrey slammed me harder into the wall and I hit my head. I felt warm liquid trickling down my neck.
"You're a lying snake! If you come near me, my girlfriend, or any of my friends, I will kill you myself, understood?" She gave me the death glare, staring right in my eyes. I searched her face for any sort of the old Audrey I used to know. But I didn't find anything.
I felt sad, a black hole placing itself where my heart should be. It felt like I was being stabbed over and over again, hurting so badly that I wanted to tear out my heart.
Don't you fucking cry, Ali, I thought to myself.
I closed my eyes and looked away from her, nodding. I felt her release me and I sat down on the floor, staring off into the distance.
She really fucking hates me.
"Get out of my house Audrey," Noah said.
"And you," she said to him. "I cannot believe you right now." I heard her footsteps walking away.
"Ali-"
"Just leave, please," I told him, tears starting to fall out of my eyes.
"For what it's worth, I don't think you are anything like a killer."
I heard the door close, and I wasn't sure what to do. I was broken, torn, depressed. No matter what, she wasn't going to listen. Neither would Emma or Brooke.
So, I did the only thing that releases the pain.
