Alastor's POV:

I woke up to my phone ringing. I checked the time and I was shocked when I saw the time, 10:13. I accidentally slept through the day.

When I saw that it was Audrey who was calling, I picked up immediately because she wouldn't call me unless something was wrong.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" She yelled.

"Woah, what?" I cringed at how horrible my voice sounded from just waking up.

"You know what. I said to stay away from us!" There was a lot of noise in the background. It sounded like a storm and yelling.

"Hold up, do you think I'm on the island?" A crack of thunder rumbled through the phone and I heard Emma yelling. "Is there a storm? Are you safe? What is going on Audrey? Why is everyone yelling and are you guys okay?"

"Who else would be killing people?" Audrey snapped.

"Is there a murderer on the island!?" I exclaimed. "I'm not there Audrey, I promise you I just woke up. Is everyone safe?"

"Oh, stop pretending like you care-"

"Is everyone safe?" I repeated.

She hesitated before answering. "No. We are not safe. Someone is killing people and three people are dead."

"WHAT!?"

"Emma, Brooke, Noah, Stavo, and I are all alive, don't worry," Audrey told me. "How do I know you're not pretending to be at home and you're coming here to kill us?"

"Dude I swear on my life I am not on the island," I promised. "Plus, how would I even get there?"

"I don't know, you could have followed Gina here on the ferry she took."

"Wait, why would Gina be over there?"

"She's my girlfriend."

I paused. "Gina is your girlfriend?"

Audrey cursed under her breath. "I swear to all that is unholy if you hurt her-"

"For the LAST time Audrey, I'm not a fucking killer! Fucking hell why is so hard for you to believe that?" I asked. I got up out of bed and went to my electric guitar and turned it on, strumming it once before putting it away. "Are there electric guitars on that island Audrey? Because I just played the one in my fucking room."

"Because you are a killer! The cops said so-"

"The cops are fucking liars!" I yelled, throwing my hand up in the air and pacing my bedroom. "Why can't you just let go of this theory, huh? Do you just need someone to blame? Is that it?"

"I-"

"I am sick and tired of you blaming me and calling me a killer every single time you see me! You made my head bleed when you smashed me against the fucking wall. You make me feel more lonely than the fucking voices in my head. Now if you're done trying to blame me for something I'm not doing, let me help you figure out what the fuck is going on!" I was breathing heavily, trying to catch my breath.

Audrey took a shaky breath. "Stavo and Noah are trying to connect to the radio in Alex's car. Brooke, Emma and Alex are trying to look for the killer. Jeremy is locked in a closet, and I'm looking for Gina after she ran off."

"Who the fuck is Alex and Jeremy?" I demanded.

"Alex is the heir of the Whittman mansion, and Jeremy is who dragged us over here because he is Stavo and Noah's editor. Said going to Murder Island will help with Noah's writers block, but now we are all inside of the Whittman mansion," Audrey explained.

"Okay, so why is Jeremy locked in a closet?"

"I think he is the killer. But I also heard him scream, so he might be dead."

I smacked my forehead. "Audrey, he's not the killer. It's probably Alex. He lives in the fucking murder house you dumbass!"

"We are so fucked," Audrey realized. "Oh my god."

"What? What is it?" I asked, worried.

"There's blood coming out of a trunk in the kitchen," she breathed. I heard a creaking noise and assumed she opened it. There were rustling noises and a gasp, and then more rustling and then she closed the trunk. "Jesus fucking Christ."

"Audrey, words, I need words," I urged.

"Alex isn't Alex... He killed the real Alex, and the body is in the trunk," she explained to me. "Oh my god we are so dead."

"Yes, yes you are. You need to text Emma and Brooke and do not let Alex out of your sight. Text Noah and Stavo, too." Then, I got a text from an Unknown number. I heard Audrey's phone ding from the other side of the line.

Unknown: Leave everything as it is, or there will be consequences.

I groaned, and flopped on my bed facing the ceiling.

"Yo Ali, did you also get a text saying 'leave everything as it is, or there will be consequences?" Audrey asked.

"Shit," I cursed. I really hoped I wouldn't have to do this. "Yes I did. Listen to me, I have a plan. Just trust me."

"Oh hell no, absolutely not-" she protested.

"Audrey, please, just fucking trust me."

Silence. Then, "Okay."

I breathed out. "Thank you. Here's what you need to do."
