"What do you mean?" I asked, kinda irritated that I was interrupted.

Noah rolled his eyes. "I heard noise coming from your room and I wasn't sure what you were doing."

"I'm just getting out my guitar. I haven't played in three years," I snapped.

"No, you don't get to be mad at me after what you did. I'M the one who has the right to be mad."

"That's not how this works! You don't even know what happened or my side of the story-" I said.

"Shut up!" He snapped. "Just stop, all you do is lie!"

"No I don't!" I yelled back. "The only liar is the fucking killer!"

"Yeah, you," he muttered.

"I'm not a fucking killer!"

"Yes you are! You killed my girlfriend and Audrey's! You wonder why we hate you, why everyone hates you," he spat at me.

"Noah-"

"Don't, Ali, just don't." He stalked out of my room and slammed the door behind him, making me flinch.

My hands curled up in a fist as tears formed in my eyes. I put my guitar on it's stand, not feeling like playing anymore. Tears fell out of my eyes as I gripped the sides of my desk.

"God fucking dammit!" I cursed. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was something very similar to this. But I guess not as bad. Noah didn't yell at me when he found out, he just glared and gave me the silent treatment.

I sighed and wiped my eyes, walking out into the living room to see if Noah's parents were done talking with the officer. I saw Mrs. Foster and walked over to her.

"Hey, is it okay if we go out to get coffee or something?" I asked.

She smiled at me. "Of course! Let me get Noah-"

"No!" I interrupted her. "Um, I mean, I think he would much rather stay here."

"Oh, okay," she frowned. She looked like she wanted to ask something but she didn't and I'm glad she held back. Mrs. Foster grabbed her purse and we walked out to the car.

I got in the passengers side and turned on the radio as she pulled out of the driveway.

"Any coffee shop in particular?" Mrs. Foster asked.

"Well, I was hoping to go to Halo Deli & Donuts?"

"Of course sweety," she said. Just as she said that a rap song came on the radio and I made a face and changed it, and she laughed. "Not a fan of rap?"

"No, just not a fan of Machine Gun Kelly" I said.

"Oh, what did he do?"

"He tried to prove he is better than Eminem and groomed his daughter," I explained. "He's just a horrible person in general, and he sucks ass at raping. I'm so glad that he got intimidated from Eminem and quit. If he ever starts rapping again I'm going to hire someone to murder him."

Mrs. Foster gave me a weird look and my eyes went wide. "Oh fuck sorry, that's not what I meant-"

"It's okay honey, I know you were just joking," she replied, but I could tell she was a bit shaken so I changed the radio again.

"OH MY JOSH I LOVE THIS SONG!" I squealed as Avril Lavigne played on the radio.

"This song has been around since I was your age, you know," Mrs. Foster said.

"So sing it with me!" I exclaimed. "SHE'S LIKE SO WHATEVER, YOU COULD DO SO MUCH BETTER, I THINK WE SHOULD GET TOGETHER NOW, AND THAT'S WHAT EVERYONE'S TALKING ABOUT! HEY, HEY! YOU, YOU! I DON'T LIKE YOU'RE GIRLFRIEND!"
