Alastor's POV:
I shoved Audrey out of the way right as she was about to get snipped, leaving me to face the shear killer.
Haha, shear killer. I'm so funny.
"NO!" Audrey yelled, but the shears passed right through me. "What the-"
"Don't fucking hurt my friends." I grabbed the shears from the killer and stabbed him violently in the shoulder.
"Well that is unfortunate," the killer said before ripping them out of his shoulder and charging at me. I easily grabbed the shears from him a second time, stabbing him in the heart this time. "That is also unfortunate," he said.
I watched as he bled out on the floor, body convulsing as he died. Once he took his final breath, I dropped the shears in shock, backing away. Tears formed in my eyes.
"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god," I crawled backwards into the wall, covering my mouth with my hands as tears leaked down my face, memories of my parents and the two girls flashing through my head.
"Ali?" I heard Audrey ask as she sat down in front of me. I was hyperventilating and I couldn't breathe. "Hey, it's okay, calm down."
I looked at her, my eyes filled with pure terror. "He's-he's dead, and-and he k-killed people, b-but I killed hi-him-"
"Shh, it's alright," she said, pulling me into her chest. "Just try to breathe, take deep breaths." She stroked my hair, pausing when she felt the scab on the back of my head. "You didn't kill Vanessa and Selena. You were telling the truth, weren't you?"
I just cried harder into her chest, the air getting stuck in my lungs, and I struggled to breathe.
"I'm so sorry," she whispered. "It's okay now, the killer is gone."
I pulled away and took a deep breath, standing up. "We need to get them out of here," I said, trying to make a portal open but it wouldn't.
"We should wait until the cops show up," Audrey pointed out, standing up too.
"Yeah," I scoffed. "Great idea, wait for the cops to come in and see two kids with five sedated kids. How is that going to look?"
Audrey cursed. "You're right. What are we going to do?"
"Just, give me a second," I told her, scrunching my eyebrows together in concentration. I blew out a breath. Why wasn't it working? I tried one more time and a portal finally opened. "Finally!"
Audrey stared at the portal in shock. "Wha- How- The fuck- Huh-"
"Just help me get everyone through!" I walk over and we started dragging our friends towards and through the portal before jumping through.
We got out just before the police came in the room.
