Chapter 12

The night Leni rush her son to the hospital.
Phone call between Leni and Bongbong

Bongbong: yes, yes nasa airport na ako.

Leni: hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko Bong

Bongbong: nag papunta na ako dyan ng mga magagaling na doctor they know what to do.

Leni: please hurry

Bongbong: I will, i love you

Leni: i love you too

After a day

Bongbong's talking with the doctors while Leni's praying until she heard them arguing so she went out to see what's going on.

Bongbong: why are you fighting me against this? The head of surgery is on my side.

Doctor (Miguel's pedia): sir, Miguel is too young for this. Baka maging successful nga ang operation pero baka naman hindi kayanin ng katawan nya.

Doctor (head of neuro): Miguel is already developed, we waited long enough. Kapag hindi pa natin siya inoperahan baka mas lalong hindi pa umayos ang kalagayan nya.

Bongbong: see, this is what I am telling you.

The neurosurgeon and Bongbong talked regarding the operation without consulting Leni. Miguel's pedia look at Leni for assistance but at this point Leni knew that she couldn't make a decision for her son.

Everyone left them to prepare for the surgery. Bongbong hug her from behind and kiss her forehead,

Leni: paano kung mali sila

Bongbong: lovey, I think this is the best option. Alam naman natin pag ka panganak palang kay Miguel na kailangan na nyang operahan diba.

Leni: yeah pero baka pwedeng mag hintay pa tayo—

Bongbong: masyado ng late kung mahihintay pa tayo. They need to remove the tumor or mas lalong kakainin sya ng buhay nito. Trust me on this.

Leni: of course, of course

After the operation

Leni was praying while looking at her son. The doctor's informed them that the surgery went well but they still had to monitor Miguel since his situation was still critical.

While praying, Miguel's heart beat suddenly stopped.

"Miguel?! Miguel!" Leni screamed, screaming for help. "Anak ko!!!" The doctors run to check on him, Bongbong held Leni since she's hysterical.

After a few tries, the doctor looked at both of them. "I'm sorry sir, we did everything to revive him. Time of death 3:34"

Leni forcefully let go in Bongbong's grip. "What do you mean! Oh god! Yung anak ko! Miguel! Bongbong anong nangyayari?! No! No!" She screamed. Bongbong doesn't know what to do but to hug her. 

"Yung anak ko" Leni cried.

When she finally calm down, Bongbong went to her to console her but she stare at him in so much anger, "I trusted you!" She screamed then proceeded to hug her son.
