"Morning Seth," his name seeps through my lips as if my mouth has no boundary, drawing Seth to walk over to me in a long quick strides to my side of the bed.
Angel was long gone. Somewhere to the kitchen to prepare dinner for tonight but he far away. It's me and Seth alone now.
That doesn't scare me anymore. It's excitement that pumping my heart into cardiac arrest. The goosebumps on my skin is because Seth decides to sit on the edge of the bed, facing me- taking my hands in his!
"I didn't see you all week," my mouth is running on it's own accord, "I miss you." I look away so I don't see his reaction, staring at the door as if I could summon Angel to come save me.
But Seth's warm hands interlocking with my fingers makes it hard to forget he's there, here in my person space.
The bed shuffles with resistant. I naturally follow the movement and sound, only to have a warm palm and fingers on my cheeks.
I freeze as my eyes follows Seth arm to his hypothesizing eyes and I jump at the expressive widen pupils as they drunk me in with an overflow of emotions. I watched him lick in his lips instead of speaking. The words stuck on his throat as his lips shine with his saliva. My fixation on them is weird, I thought to myself. To reason with myself and to find any remaining brain cells that work.
The last of them was fried as Seth's thumb caress my cheeks and digs his palm harder to my body. He even shuffles closer to me, trapping me against the wooden headboard behind me and my bedsheets barely covering my legs.
Seth puts me in a trance I can't get out of. The light touches, the intense stare and my head leans into his touch, lean into whatever he gives me. My eyes feels droopy, my shoulders relaxed- if I didn't have my bonnet on right now, I bet his fingers would thread into my braids, massaging my scalp.
I think about body message too, my hands shaking at the protest of Seth seeing me naked but I'm not entirely opposed. Seth touching me is heaven. He smells good too, his cologne drowning me as he leans in and keeps his eyes half lidded. I turn my head to the side where he is holding my head, closing my eyes as I relish at the soft firm pair of lips touching my exposed cheeks.
There's another and another. Fingers dropping from my cheeks to the base of my neck. A soft teasing kiss on my collar bone. Body heat and warmth slowly departing from me and I sit straight up, hyperalert.
"Morning, Princess." Seth mumbles, standing up from his post and fishes his hands in his pocket.
The sudden cold atmosphere wasn't as alarming as I thought. It's open but distant at the same time. It means that s
Seth wasn't going anywhere. Not when he's calling me princess and kissing me.I stutter another greeting, subconsciously trailing my fingers over his touches as my cheeks burns at the though of him kissing me everywhere, especially my lips.
God if he'd just kiss me on my lips!
"I want to clarify some things before I help you get ready," he looks at me with a cold look, "do the bed while I talk Jalah."
I look down at my lap and the bed. Rude.
"You can say please, Seth. It's not going to kill you." I remark, swinging my legs over and get started on the bed.
I didn't fail to notice at the way he steps away from me, like my touch and body repulsed him. Yet, he lingered in my direction as I move about, staring and staring at me.
"You know I didn't think you'd be the possessive type," he voices, following me into the bathroom as I prepare to brush my teeth.
"What do you mean-" I pause my toothbrush in the air, looking at
Seth through the mirror. "Are you talking about Tamarah? I thought we went through this."
