As summer blooms with it's sunny days and humid nights, her mind couldn't help but wonder about the change of seasons and her unique love and perception of each.

The year starts with the chill of winter, the cozy sweaters and red faces. It starts with a season most people see as gloomy and sad with the lack of sun, vitamin D, bare trees after the leaves have fallen, and the lonely nights under the covers trying to seek some warmth. A season of missed love and lonely hearts. But to her it has always been the season of love and amendments, the season when people realize the love they have for one another and the need for closeness, as they seek warmth in the hearts of others. And considering how much of a romantic head she is, she can't help but be in love with the chill air of winter and it's beautiful yet gloomy nights, making it her favorite season of the year.

Then comes Spring with it's blooming flowers, subtle sun and chill air sending people into a string of joy as they rediscover the beauty of colors and the mystery of changing weather. A season for her, full of joy and beauty. A season when she likes to travel and see as the world blooms and changes in color, as the people get out of under their winter covers and into the chill air of the outside to hang out with friends under the now blooming trees, have picnics with their families and loved ones or just appreciate the wonder of nature. A season where she believes the earth is reborn and polished.

Later comes the season she never thought she would be able to write anything good about, but little did she know she would find love within the blazing sun and the humidity. To her, Summer used to be that season where she gets sweaty and sad, where she can never go out during the day, afraid of a heat stroke or getting an unwanted tan. Neither can she enjoy the nights because it's humid and sticky. But lived to realize that it is the month where families gather for that long awaited vacation, it's the season where college students go back home for a deeply needed time with their families. It is the season where families get together in their tiny vacation houses or big extravagant homes. It is the season where familial love comes into view and family relations are strengthened as we migrate back to our roots and celebrate them. And like that she learned to appreciate that season she never thought she could love.

Next comes Autumn, a season she only got to witness for the first time not so long ago. A season she used to think of as a bit sad, with the trees shedding their dying leaves onto a carpet of brown. An act she thought resembled death, but didn't know it can also resemble new beginning and the act of changing for the better. She only later realized that it can also mean that those trees are shedding their old skin, trying to make way for a new beginning with the new leaves they will bear next spring or even in the dead cold of winter, as some flowers refuse to wait till spring, showing the world their beauty in a magnificent array of colorful flowers. An act that gave her hope, that no matter the season you have a chance to bloom, you have a chance to be whatever version of yourself you'd like to be.

And with the change of season she learned that life is an ever changing scene. An ever changing story of good and bad, that can only be appreciated if we look at it with love, as it was intended to be seen. She learned that the more you appreciate and love, the much happier and more appreciative you can be to people, to yourself and to life itself.
