This story is about a little girl, who gets adopted by her grandmother as a baby. Then returned to her mother as a child.

Dr Jordan asked me did I know what kind of bear shifters my family was and I just nodded my head. I told him my mother is a black bear and my brother was a grizzly bear and Dean was a grizzly bear. He then asked me did I know what kind of bear shifter Caleb was and I said yes a grizzly bear.
Then he asked me if I knew what kind of bear shifter he was and I just looked at him and said you're a wolf shifter not a bear shifter. That seemed to surprise him and he asked how I could tell. I just said he looked more like a wolf shifter than a bear shifter to me. Lindsey asked me what was my favorite bear if I had to pick one and I told her the polar bear. And I asked her if she had to pick one which pair would she pick and she said the black bear. Why we were talking she ended up giving me my shots 3 in one arm and 4 in the other arm. She gave me the last one in my hip and that one hurt a little. He said it was too bad that they didn't have no polar bear shifters around here and I asked her why that was and she told me that polar bears were a dying out breed. The only polar bears around was way up North and they were non-shifter bears. I asked her when was the last time anybody ever saw a polar bear shifter and she said she didn't know but Tony might know.
Lindsey went to draw some blood out of my arm but I drank my arm away. I shook my head and said no. She said it wouldn't hurt and it would be over in no time that I did so well with the shots.
I kept shaking my head now and Caleb came up to wrap his arms around me I ended up pulling on my bare strength and pushed him off me and jumped from the table and went out the door I heard someone holler behind me to stop her. Dean got up and went to grab me but I dodged him and the next thing I knew Tony in Dean had a hold of me as I was struggling to get out of their arms I didn't want to hurt them or use my bare strength when the others got there I just wanted to get out of there and not go back in the room I didn't want to have my blood drawn. So I pushed out all my bear strength and push them all off me and went for the door when I was tackled down to the floor I heard someone trying to calm me down but that wasn't working too well I was breathing really hard again I was trying to make sure I didn't hurt anyone but I kept knocking people off me I heard someone say I think she is trying to shift. Actually I wasn't trying to shift I was just trying to use my strength without shifting into my bear.
What got my attention and made me pull back all my bear strength was I heard my brother Mark calling my name in The Sound of a pill bottle being shaped he kept saying Scarlett look at me is this why you don't want your blood drawn. I was still shaking pretty good trying to get under control I almost shifted by accident. I had Tony, Dean and Caleb holding me down on the floor. I was feeling this very strong overwhelming feeling pressing down on me it was calming me down but I was still shaking slightly. What I didn't realize is why I was on the floor being held down and trying to calm down while I still shaking that Dr Jordan had took a blood sample.
When I heard the doctor say that it will take less than an hour to get the results back from my blood test. Then they will all the answers they need. That ended up making me break down crying again and I was feeling really tired and sleepy now on top of everything.
Caleb picked me up and put me back in his arm and sat down in the chair in the waiting room with me on his lap again. He was trying to get me to calm down and it wasn't really working until he asked Tony about the polar bears and that seemed to get my attention and I started to calm down.
Tony said that the last known polar bear shifter was up north in Canada and that was over 65 years ago. It seemed to be that he was the very last one recorded in history knowledge. It didn't seem like he had found a mate or had children from what was gathered.
There was one other case that was over 80 years ago that was far East in Maine. It seemed that he was rejected by his mate and never had children. From gather knowledge the two polar bear shifters were biologically family. They were a family of five. Mother, father and three kids.
The history knowledge recording was that the father died when the mother was pregnant with her third child in a battle being fought over territory. The mother and the middle child ended up dying of yellow fever. The older brother was separated from his baby brother around 5 years later.
The middle child was a 8 years old boy. From what I can recall all that was gather from a journal found in a cabin. The man name that was in the journal was the same name on the property deed. They did a DNA analogies on the body that was found there and found out that it was the man who wrote the journal.
I remember reading about that they tore the house down and they sold the land but they took that Men's Journal and the pictures they found there and put them in a museum.
If I ain't mistaken I believe that man's name was Mr. Carson and I didn't remember reading about the part where he had a brother that lived in Maine. But the family part and the little boy who was 8 years old dying of yellow fever I remember reading about that part. I also remember reading about the mother having to flee their Homeland and move into the town. Because she feel ill because of people in town were dying from yellow fever and she called it and then her son called it. The older boy and the younger boy had to move in with someone their mom made friends with but they couldn't take them in because they had a lot of children their selves. The older boy was 15 years older and he had to wait for about a year and he found his baby brother at home and he left to go to work to make enough money to come back so they could be together again because that's what his mother wanted but I believe I remember something happen and they never got reunited.
