XXI: The grand return

Hi guys! Yep, I am back and I will be focusing on the four chapters as promised! In advance, I hope you had a wonderful Pride Month, and I apologize for not being able to celebrate it with you. BUT! It isn't over yet, so this chapter is dedicated to the Pride Month! I hope I didn't make you wait too long...

Ever since that day, Xiao was busy training hard to be able to fight more freely. Of course, the karmic debt isn't something that can be easily erased with training, it's far from that, but perhaps some good training can help him bear it easier. And it was working. Slowly, but surely. During the trainings the adepti couldn't help but start thinking about Teyvat again, and although he definitely wouldn't admit it to anyone, he missed Liyue greatly. And there was this artifact he obtained, it's been days or even weeks since the museum incident. During all this time he was examining his "trophy" and discovered a couple of things: the artifact has some sort of battery that feeds off of very strong Anemo energy and once it's wasted - the artifact is useless, so he decided to not use it unless for many reasons; it can also create portals to different timelines (he only took a peek but immediately retreated once he saw the Archon War from thousands of years ago). Since then Xiao couldn't help but wonder: how did the artifacts from his world get here in the first place? So many questions, yet such few answers.

Alatus' classmates were already informed about Nezu's recent decision, and many had similar reactions. All of them were surprised, but some of them were actually quite concerned for the yaksha. Midoriya was also interested to know why Nezu had to turn Alatus into a pro hero, let alone during times like this, but it was a secret the staff did not intend to disclose.

Meanwhile, the villains were recovering from their previous injuries, but some of them had endured greater damage and the medics weren't able to save them. A month has passed since then, out of all patients Shigaraki had the best condition at the moment. No, he didn't fully recover, it was far from that, but he did feel a little bit better. Toga was in a different situation. Although she was still too young to be sent to prison, the police still had a more effective approach to her condition. She was put in rehabilitation in a separate U.A section where she wouldn't even make eye contact with the students. She tried her best to escape, but failed everytime and always got caught by the police. The surviving nomus were now in a mental hospital and cared for to become normal humans again.

All of this mess has caught the attention of a certain villain, a leader, the Devil of this universe. All For One. He was on a secret mission with another villain, his trusted accomplice and a wonderful healer, when the recent events occurred, and when the news reached him he immediately returned once he was done with his business. He was slightly surprised to hear about the new student in U.A, and he craved to learn more.

" We'd love to tell you more about that...beast, but the one who gained most information is Toga, and she is in U.A. "
" I see...I shall send in my trusted accomplice to this mission. Contact Mallory, tell him I need him here. Now. "
" Yes, sir! "

One of the unnamed villains immediately left and contacted the villain in question. Only a couple of minutes have passed, and when the villain returned, they nodded in approval, to which All For One gave a small nod in return.

In the meantime, Mallory was busy training far away from the city, but not far enough to lose signal to his communication systems with L.O.V, while sometimes taking breaks just to relax and adore the sky. He is described as a very calm and optimistic person for a villain, which gives L.O.V an advantage of their own.
