The villains suddenly heard a sound from above, soon realizing the pros have come to investigate the territory. Toga groaned in annoyance as she turned to others. Everyone who Mallory was able to save has now fully recovered and ready to fight if absolutely necessary. All For One wasn't present anymore, because he left the hideout before the heroes could even get the message about Toga's escape, leaving Shigaraki in charge.

" So, do we attack or wait until they find this room? "
" We can't risk losing this place entirely, so we'll try to keep this room as secret as possible. And if they do manage to discover it in the end, we will have to move to an another place. "
" What kind of a mess did we get ourselves into...? "
" Blame that shitty newbie who enrolled in U.A. No wonder Toga seems to hate him so much... "

Toga glared at Dabi the moment he said that, to which Dabi only raised his hands in defeat. The villains were already prepared for the big fight that was yet to begin, with Toga only staring at Twice's dead body one last time, silently mourning his friend's death. Dabi noticed and awkwardly put his hand on her shoulder, indicating that they should go. She turned to him and nodded. Dabi sighed as he left with the others, leaving Toga and the dead bodies surrounding her. She furrowed her eyebrows and clenched her teeth as she soon took her leave as well.

' You WILL pay for this, Alatus Xiao... '

Time skip...

Dozens of spears have been thrown to the ground as the fight has still not ended. Hours have passed, yet none of the two parties plan to give up and admit defeat. The adepti landed on the ground, panting heavily as he raised his head to look at the other. Mallory chuckled in amusement as he healed himself once again.

" You do know that you are just asking for it at this point, right? Admit it, even with a quirk like mine, you wouldn't be able to defeat a professional fighter. You're a mere teenager with gifted abilities anyway. "
" You take that back...! "
" I am right, no? Besides, what made you think that becoming a hero would be the best idea? Your quirk? Your passion? Or is it something else? "
' Actually, I have no idea why I enrolled here as well... '
" Ignoring me now, aren't ya, comrade? "

The nickname caught Xiao off guard for a mere second. Of course, he just had to be reminded of his home again, let alone at the worst timings ever. He sighed as he kept his position, not letting himself to lose control as he moved once again to strike. His situation was getting worse now that he had more injures than expected, and the karmic debt didn't make his situation any better.

" Ah, I see, your "Karmic Debt" is getting to you once again. Such a pity, isn't it? One of the most powerful members of the hero industry, about to die from his own quirk...HA! I would LOVE to see THAT happen. "
" Keep dreaming, bastard. "

Mallory didn't say anything, but only gave him a dirty glare with an eyebrow raised, as he moved from his spot, closer to Xiao, ready to strike again-

" Huh? "

He heard a beeping sound come from inside his pocket, and he instantly knew what was needed of him. He grabbed the communication device and told the villains that he would be there in a few minutes.

" Well...would you look a that. Consider yourself lucky, newbie, I've got stuff to do. Ta~! "

And with that, Mallory quickly took his leave through a protal that soon appeared behind him. Xiao knew he had to follow, he had no choice anyway, so he quickly jumped in just before it could close.
