The more the two talked with one another, the more Xiao felt comfortable with Sora. She gave off the same aura as Venti, but it was very different at the same time. It was more like a sibling bond, as if Sora was his older sister. So the two got along really well.
Xiao has learned a lot of things about her. For example, her small wings were just a part of her body and are not for flying.

Eventually, they decided to change the topic and talk more about this new world.

Xiao only nodded, allowing Sora to continue.

" This world is full of people with superpowers called "quirks"...well, mostly. 80% of the world population has a quirk, while the remaining 20% doesn't. There are occasions where you meet people with two or more quirks, but that happens rarely. "
" Do you have a quirk as well? "
" Very much! My quirk is called Flight of Freedom. I know...a weird name, but just go on with it.

The adepti smiled back. Not only she had a similar personality as Venti, she had a quirk related to wind!
Xiao hasn't noticed how wide his smile was at that moment until Sora pointed it out.

The female immortal giggled, making Xiao blush of embarrassment.

Sora stood up and exited the living room, because there was something she needed to show Xiao. If he wants to adapt to this world, he should expect everything. It's not easy to live in here, after all.
Xiao, on the other hand, was looking around the living room, now that he has a proper chance to examine it further. It was not really unique, but not simple either. It was perfectly in-between. What caught his attention most was a shelf filled with framed photos. Curiosity took the best of him, so he decided to take a look at them.
As he came closer, he saw several photos of Sora and two older people with her. They looked differently from her, though.

A voice approached him from behind, as he turned to see Sora with a couple of papers in her arms. A calm smile decorated her young-looking face.

" Ah, my apologies. I didn't mean to- "
" Oh, come on, it's all good! Those're just my photos. You're free to look at them as much as you want, as long as you don't break them, of course. Besides, you're basically living here now, so it's completely fine. "
" Oh, uh. Alright. "
" Now, back to our last conversation about villains. "
